Haleh and her team are a definite five-star organization. Haleh represented me in a car accident case, and I was truly impressed by her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care about my well being. Very disappointed. Most sites have her at 5 star ratings, I needed a workers compensation attorney and Halehs office was one of the first to offer consultation. A representative was sent to meet me near my home to sign retainer and that was basically it. Somehow my case keeps getting lost in the crac...ks. At first it was an ex employee to blame who had misplaced my file, then other patients appointments and information are sent to my attention in the mail. I trusted this law firm to represent me and they are failing in the most unprofessional way. No phone calls or return emails for one year. QME issued whole body rating and has even requested further treatment and I am still waiting to see my 1st doctor for ANY TREATMENT!!!. No doctor appointment notifications, the last 2 scheduled appointments were waste of time as the physician had no information or contact from my attorney. Again after all of the prior reviews, this has only been a big disappointment. My workers comp case is still pending and I am unsatisfied not even a return email. I am currently looking for an attorney to take my claim over that will actually make progress and give my claim the assistance that it needs.
