DUI case

BEST DUI ATTORNEY IN TOWN! After spending days calling and looking for a professional highly knowledgeable attorney that I could trust to look after my case, I found Hart & his associates. Speaking with other attorneys I always got the sense that I was dealing with a slimy 100 dollar suit sale...sman snake that was more motivated in getting paid then helping me. Very unnerving giving my circumstances and the amount of pressure I was under. I would say I'm a good judge of character and after talking with Hart, I felt settled & at ease. I knew he was the right person to help me. My "refusal" was the death of me. And Hart was very realistic and understanding in giving me the best options. In leaving my freedom into his hands; in the end I didn't have to do any jail time, community service & got the refusal dismissed after my license was going to suspended for another year. I'd do one year for the refusal and then another. Thanks Christopher for being with me during the resolution of my hearing. Even after my case was finished Hart got in touch with me to get it expunged!!! So great & reassuring to have someone who knows law on my side. Thank you Hart Levin, Jill, Christopher & the entire crew for helping me resolve my case.

Highly Competent Attorney

I have a lot of respect and gratefulness for Mr. Hart Levin, words cannot explain what a great attorney he is. Im so thankful I met him. He is an exceptional lawyer, truly the best! Back in 2014 I was convicted of a dui. The court gave me three years of probation but, due to my immigration process I... needed to get it expunged as soon as possible. I consulted many lawyers before but, they all told me that it was impossible that the court would grant me an early termination of probation before March of 2017. Unfortunately most lawyers won't try to go the extra mile for their clients. However, Hart Levin made it happen, his great experience, determination and positive attitude towards my case helped me achieve my goal.Since the beginning he was always very supportive answering to all my questions and his great confidence gave me hope. Besides, his sincere sympathy for his client's situation difference him from the rest. Today April of 2016 I received the greatest news when he told me that the court gave me the approval for the early termination of probation! I am very happy, I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders and now I can go on with my life. I recommend Hart Levin to everyone that is going through a dui process. Do not waste your time with other attorneys. Levin is highly competent, he will help you every step of time of the way and wont give up on your case. Thank you very much for everything Hart Levin. DUI

It's always a bit unsettling when you have to hire an attorney for the first time. After some research, I consulted with Hart Levin's office regarding a DUI. Having had no prior experience with with the process, he explained step by step, what I would be dealing with from explaining my charges, pen...alties with the court as well as the dmv, court fees, timeframe and potential outcomes. Hart Levin and Matthew Cohn and staff were knowledgable and thoughtful and answered any questions I had along the way. As a working professional, I appreciate the experience that he and his team brought to my case. They worked efficiently in handling things on my behalf. They kept me informed and let me know the outcome of each step. The process was pretty much exactly as they laid out. Dealing with Hart Levin's office with their knowledge and experience immediately put me at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Case Dismissed

On the night of my sisters wedding after a little too much dancing and having fun at the reception I decided I was far to exhausted to drive my car home, the home the reception was held did not have enough rooms for all the guests so I decided I would sleep it off in my car. I was woken up by Baldwin... Park Police Officers who were in fact looking for a hit and run driver in a silver Ford Mustang.(I was driving a black Toyota Matrix at the time.) My vehicle was in a parked position yet the Officers still proceeded to Arrest me and book me for a D.U.I. After much stress and a long night I was released from the holding cell back to my family however, the damage from the whole ordeal was done and my sister had to end her wedding early. The following morning my wife came across Hart J. Levin on Avvo after reading all the great reviews on Mr. Levin I could not deny I was confident he could help me and my case. I contacted his office and had an appointment that same evening. As i traveled through the city to his office I still had that same tense, awful gut feeling from the previous night. When we arrived to his office we were greeted and assisted immediately. After speaking with Mr. Levin and explaining my situation his response back to me was Honest, Knowledgeable, Straight forward and Warm in the sense where he gave an amazing vibe and made me feel like i was taken care of, at total ease. He was able to win my DMV hearing and kept me from getting my license suspended, installation of the breathalyzer, any AA meetings and any points in my DMV record. He is very dependable and would most definitely take care of all the court hearings. I did not have to miss any work until my case was at its end and even then it was my choice to be present for those days. He was very informative and would explain the process and what was happening, anytime I had any questions or any doubts i could contact him. 13 months later my case is now dismissed and i feel like he has lifted a 10 ton boulder off my back. All in all, he helped me get through this hard chapter in life and is well worth every penny! HART YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!! Let me take you out to a 72oz Steak Dinner! :) To bad i cant give at 10 star rating...darnit!!!

Hart Levin DUI case

Hart and his team really came through for me. He stayed with my case for over 18 months as the DA was changed several times and the officer would not show up. We ended up pleading to a lesser charge and got dropped to a wet reckless on a high BAC arrest. He knows the system and the people involved... to get results. Responsive, personable, and trustworthy, Hart gets results.
