Don't look anywhere else!

From 2022 through 2025 (and still somewhat today), Hart and his team have held my hand through my entire process. I took a leap of faith and relied on the reviews when I hired him. Hart's team provided me with essential information, step-by-step processes/guides and so much more. I only ever had to a...ppear in court once, every other time they would go on my behalf. My sentence was reduced to a DWI, with minimal duties outside (and some even got dismissed). Hart's team would also make sure they don't settle for the bare minimum, they know their way around the courts and know what is actually possible/realistic. They worked so hard for and with me to ensure this process was as painless as possible. Following the completion of my sentence, they were able to get my entire case expunged within a few months! As someone who works in entertainment/the arts, traveling to and from countries is essential. After being denied admission into Canada, we worked hard to get the expungement completed and I was in Canada within a few days! I appreciate the entire team here, never making me feel like I was a criminal, they were there to provide me with honest, clear and helpful information. We're all human and we all make mistakes, it doesn't always make us bad people, we just have to learn and thankfully I did! Also, glad to report 10 months of sobriety (by choice, not force), so I'm definitely grateful for opening my eyes to that possibility of life. Thank you Hart & your entire team!

Felony DUI case

Hart Levin is hands down the best DUI criminal lawyer. From the very first time I reached out, he was compassionate, understanding, and honest. He never made unrealistic promises he simply explained the situation clearly and assured me he would do everything possible to fight for the best outcome. Af...ter fighting my case for almost a year, Hart got me a great deal, no jail time, completion of DUI classes, and probation instead. He had a clear action plan from the start and walked me through every step, which made a very stressful situation feel manageable. His team is absolutely outstanding. They communicate consistently, keep you informed of every move, and make sure you always know what’s happening with your case. Make the right choice!

You are probably reading this because you are trying to decide which lawyer to hire for your DUI. You go through all these profiles and see everyone is 5 stars or close to it. So who do you choose? I was in the same dilemma a year ago. I interviewed several including this office. I even interviewed a... high powered lawyer thats on TV and Radio. He was great to talk to also. I spent a week thinking about who I wanted. I want to say that I never did speak with Mr. Levin but I did speak with Mr. Darin King. I don't know their process of selecting your lawyer, but let me assure you, it doesn't matter. I decided to go with them because the initial team including Mr. King made me feel assured they will keep my best interests in mind. One of the main reasons I selected them was that Mr. King appears quite often in the courthouse my case was being heard. I do believe that lawyers build relationships with each other rather than being adversarial. So I wanted someone who would have relationships with the DAs and Judges where my case was being heard. My ordeal took almost a year. The penalties I was facing with were far exceeding what I was expecting. In the end Mr. King worked through my case diligently and negotiated on my behalf. You have to be honest with yourself first. If you did drink and drive, then be ready to face the penalties. Your lawyer can't get you off on a crime you know you committed but what they can help you with is to guide you to move forward and possibly mitigate some of your penalties. Personally I think my case and penalties could have been far greater had it not been for Mr. King. I'm grateful he was by my side. I also want to say that Stephanie his paralegal was amazing to work with. She was very detailed and always open to communication. Phone, text, emails, she was easy to get a hold of.

DUI case

On 06/18/2022, my life changed. After I was released from the police station the following day I felt alone, embarrassed, remorseful, hopeless, empty, sad and clueless as to how I was going to face my new reality. That day I was taught a big lesson that I will never forget. As a kid my father told me... that two of the most important dates in someone’s life are, when you are born and when you find out what you were born to do. My dream and goal in life was to be a public servant as a firefighter/medic; thus, I always tried my best to maintain a clean record and contribute to my community. I achieved my dream and served my community proud, but that dream was short lived. For the last two years my life has been on stand by and every time I hear a siren on the street my heart shatters. From the moment I first spoke with you Mr. Levin I knew I had chosen the right attorney with the right team; you and Jon and all your staff gave me hope during a time of uncertainty. I will never be able to thank you all enough for how hard you fought for me. Today, my life has changed again but in a different way. Thank you again for fighting for me so that I can get my life back as well as fighting for me dream to become a firefighter again, it is people like you that motivate me to be the best version of myself. I will write a review for you all and with my hand on my heart I thank you again.
