From the girl who memorized the leading hotels of the world book at age six - trust me she I say Hart is the ritz of law

How exactly do I articulate how immensely grateful I am for Hart. While my run in with LAPD is not something I'd generally be willing to write on the internet about in the name of helping someone else who may be attempting to navigate the horror show I experienced, please call Hart immediately if you...'re in over your head and need a fabulous attorney ( or therapist , the man has the patience of a saint. In August I found myself in a bind I never imagined was an issue I'd have to stress about - I was arrested for a dui and being the awful test taker that I am answered no when the lovely officer I met asked me to take a blood test. My all access pass to the lovely redondo beach jail. My sister is a former prosecutor on the east coast and after a frantic 3am call from yours truly she found Hart for me. Thank GOD. My sister is a straight shooter and in terms of legal representation is as good as they come - so when I called her crying about the DA she referred to me as a "slam dunk refusal" and lovingly told me to brace myself for at the minimum a year suspension of my license and probation. My sister was pretty flabbergasted to say the least as I am beyond thrilled to report Hart not only made it so I didn't lose my license , in fact he got the whole thing dropped. God bless America and by that I mean Hart Levin. I pretty much funded LA's Uber drivers apres my stint as an outlaw in redondo beach and have since moved back to the east coast , but it's comforting to know if I ever make another schmucky decision on the west coast , the law offices of #hartattacklevin have my back

Best DUI lawyer I have ever come across!

I received a DUI with a .23 BAC while visiting LA last summer. It was a very stressful time and I remember contacting many attorneys as I was moving out of country then. I was sold after my first call with Hart to hire him as he answered almost every question/scenario, was trustworthy, and confident ...on the possible outcomes of my case with a high BAC which other attorneys struggled with or did not seem as confident. Fast forward few months we got a pretty good deal with minimum interlock and no jail time. I never went to LA or court once it was all handled seamlessly. Over the course of 1.5 years, I have emailed Hart and Matthew several times and each time I received blazing fast responses. There are many positives about them but number one reason I recommend them is they really know DUI cases!

Simply the best!!

I rarely post on yelp but felt the need after I hired this firm. Hart and his team were a godsend to me. I was humiliated when I was arrested and had looked around for help. I had terrible anxiety and panic about it and didn't really know how to find the right help. I had heard of Hart Levin from m...y family's attorney so I reached out for a consult. Great initial meeting, seemed sincere, upfront, caring, and most of all an expert. He didn't make promises to me. To be safe I got two more opinions with other firms, the H Lawfirm and No cuffs. Both made promises to me about getting my case dismissed and it didn't seem sincere. They were more used car salesman like. I called back for follow up questions and was handed off to an assistant who didn't seem to know when I needed to handle the dmv part of the case. So I called Hart back and gave him the go ahead. It was a really good decision. He kept me posted, was quick to respond (which is important to me) and never fed me any nonsense. The case resolved in my favor which I am so relieved about. On the court date I was notified that I didn't need to appear and got the punishment dropped down to a ticket, which saved me $2000 in fines and kept my record clean. I'm proud to say the criminal case was dismissed and my job is in tact. I'm grateful I made the decision to use the Hart Levin team and should you find yourself in my shoes, I strongly suggest you give them a ring asap. Thank you Mr. Levin for your help. It means the world to me.

Quick, thorough, got the job done!

Hart took our call right away, asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable in knowing that he was working for us right away. We followed all his instructions and Hart was able to help us, got the charge set aside and we didn't have to appear in court! Can't thank him enough for getti...ng us through a potentially life altering/changing event. He literally gave my life back to me!

Saved my life!

Hart is just incredible. Not only is he extremely responsive, he actually got the city to not even file my dui! He literally saved my life. Just when you think he couldn't get any better, I needed proof that there was nothing filed. So I reached out to Hart, a whole year after he saved my butt..., and asked him for some kind of proof. So he goes to the city and has them produce something for me, free of charge!
