Felony DUI Dismissed

Heaven Sent Super Lawyer !

I Hired Hart Levin to represent me in DUI case back 2021 ,before I hired Hart Levin I had a different attorney named Matthew Ruff , horrible Lawyer by the way unprofessional and left me hanging in court one day, anyways so I decided to search for a different one and came across Hart Levin so I gave h...im a call and right off the bat he started talking to me in a very professional manner and very understanding to my situation , I felt relieved and secure that my case was going to get handled by people I could trust . I crashed while under the influence , My BAC was almost .19 if I recall correctly, Hart Levin fought in court for me and was able to keep me out of court , with only two days of community service and a 3 month dui program, 3 months only ! That’s a hell of a deal if you ask me and no jail Time. Hart Levin has a great team of professional skilled lawyers and other staff . You can’t go wrong by Hiring Hart Levin and his Legal team . He does payment plans and is very supportive , he goes the extra mile for you ! Attorney Darren King is a phenomenal lawyer as well and I’ve been in court with him and gets lots of respect from the DAs and judges!

Best Attorney in LA!

Mr. Levin is so wonderful! I have worked with him for over a year now in getting my case removed and resolved. He was so efficient and honest. He helped my situation and talked to the other party to convince them not to try to ruin my livelihood over an argument. Even from that moment on, he worked o...n having my case dismissed so it never even went to court. Then we worked on having the case sealed/expunged and he began working on it and three months later everything was confirmed dismissed and sealed from the court. I'm so grateful for everything that Mr. Levin has done for my life and I feel like I got a brand new start. When I had originally called him I was in tears on a Saturday thinking that my life had plummeted completely and a year and a half later I am so grateful that we have crossed paths. He's truly changed my life for the better. Thank you Mr. Levin!!

5 star customer service

I retained Hart for a criminal case I had a few years ago and while there are a ton of criminal defense lawyers in LA, Hart struck me as someone who cared and I could depend on. I mean, I initially called him at like 10 PM on a Sunday and he still answered the phone. Pretty crazy if you ask me. A...nyways, throughout the 2-ish years that my case dragged on for, his office was always in contact with me regarding the court proceedings and what I needed to do. Although Hart didn't personally represent me during my final court hearing (shout out to Mr. Cohen), I feel like I got the best outcome I could really ask for regarding my case. They even helped me expunge my record after my probation ended. One caveat is that I don't think Hart is the cheapest lawyer around and I'm sure you can find cheaper lawyers out there, but you really get what you pay for. You're paying for excellent service and an excellent legal team. If you're fighting a case, you don't want to be cheap. If you can afford it, you need to retain quality lawyers and Hart is just that, qualityyyyyy.

Great Defense + Excellent Customer Service on DUI #2

]Hart and his team took a really stressful situation off my hands. Once I retained him I immediately felt the weight off my shoulders. Not only is he knowledgeable, he's going to fight for your best interest, and he's going to communicate throughout the process. My 2nd DUI court case was during the C...ovid closings and I can't Thank them enough for going back-and-forth to the courthouse to get things done. You will always be informed of what's going on and you will have a say in what you want the outcome to look like. Having someone represent you in court really is so helpful because that is such a stressful situation to deal with. I didn't have to go to court until my very last court date and even then I had a lawyer there with me. I saw a lot of people in court without lawyers but I felt reassured knowing I had someone there who really had my back. I am really fortunate to get the outcome that I did.
