AGAINST ALL ODDS

I was completely devastated when I got arrested for my second DUI. I made the horrible mistake of driving home from a party because I didn't live far and next thing you know I'm getting pulled over for swerving. After explaining my situation to Hart, he and his team took care of me and fought hard fo...r me. A couple of months after my arrest, I got the great news that the DMV hearing was won—HE BEAT THE DMV! This meant that I could get my license back. That took a massive weight off my shoulders, but we still had to deal with the court. Fast forward a couple of months, and Hart explained to me that the prosecutors would not be filing a case against me and that the second DUI would be taken off my record soon. I can't thank Hart and his team enough for all that they did for me. They answered all my questions throughout the process and put me at ease. BEST LAWER EVER!

Got the job done and was honest, upfront and reliable

I'll be honest it's hard to trust lawyers but Hart delivered and helped me navigate a difficult case and also gave me recommendation to another lawyer for another matter. I can safely say that he's reliable and someone reasonable that you can trust.

Trusted the Right Counsel

I cannot recommend Hart Levin and the staff enough. I am a middle-aged woman with zero histories of legal trouble or tickets outside of parking. I was in an accident of my own fault and ended up in the hospital - thankfully I was okay and no one else was injured - but nonetheless, I was very alone a...nd uncertain of what would happen. I found Hart via Yelp and contacted him immediately - he reached out straight away and gave me the information I needed and talked through potential outcomes. I trusted the firm and the process and just a year after the accident, I was advised that there would not be any charges against me. While I was prepared for whatever consequence may come, I am obviously relieved and extremely grateful.
