I got pulled over driving down a one way street the wrong way and then arrested for a DUI. My BAC was .13, .14 when I blew at the station. Derek Danielson handled my case. MLB reps told me that they'd won cases harder than mine and lost easier ones, but that I had a fighting chance. The decision was ...mine. I had some factors in my favor... no one way street signs, I came out of a parking lot, I stopped immediately and the cop was right there. It was on video, my driving was good, my FST's were good too. The bad was my BAC levels. When I first met Danielson I was put off by his sharp and aggressive demeanor.
