From 'another' lawyer group, my daughter had received very poor counsel. The consequences of this advise led to a sentence of 4 months in jail. I was beside myself. She had one week to surrender to the courts. I immediately called Myles Berman, Late on a Friday Mr. Berman spent time on a confer...ence all. He came to the table with legal advise that was never offered prior. He, and his staff, are all very effective and professional. This firm carries clout. He was able to resubmit evidence to the judge. The bottom line is I couldn't have been happier with the result. I had a dui offense from years ago that I needed to finally clear up. I first heard about Top Gun Dui on the radio sitting in traffic, but figured they would be way to expensive for the average guy like myself. But I also figured it wouldn’t hurt to call and seek some advice and get pricing. So I cal...led and spoke with the man himself (Myles) the guy you always hear on the radio. He was super cool on the phone and asked me to come in and see him to discuss my situation. When I went into his office he was real down to earth and took the time to hear me out. He ultimately said he could definitely resolve my case and actually gave me a fair price. A month or so later my issue was resolved. Getting a call that your son has been arrested for DUI is the worst feeling. My son did every responsible thing. Has a fun night with his buddies, didn’t drive instead got a hotel. Was pulled over the next day and arrested on “suspicion of DUI”. I knew I needed a defense lawyer. I reached out to... a few. Then I saw TOP GUN! I called and left a message.
