I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALAN

I was charged with a felony DUI with great bodily injuries, and was facing state prison time. To say this was a trying time for me and my family would be an understatement. I was completely unsettled by the whole process and the possible consequences of prison time. It was extremely stressful for me ...and my family. Alan and Dmitry were referred to me by another attorney, and from the very start, it was clear that they knew their way around the criminal court system. They were compassionate to my situation and took a vested interest in my case. They assured me they would work hard to get the most favorable outcome in my case, and that they did. Facing a stiff state prison sentence, I ended up with a few days in a private jail, community labor time, and a period of time wearing a SCRAM ankle bracelet. I would strongly recommend Eisner Gorin, LLP to anyone in need of highly proficient criminal attorneys.

Mr. Eisner and his legal team were able to have my case dismissed which gave me my life back.

Mr. Eisner gave me my life back. I really liked how he and his legal team paid extreme attention to detail and had me as their client well informed, of my rights, my best move as their client, and their overall concern for me, not only as their client but also and a human being that may have made a m...istake in life. My case was on the east Coast and they did not hesitate to represent me. They did not pass me off to some attorney in that district. They were there with me every step of the way. As a result, my case was dropped and dismissed!!! Mr. Eisner and his staff are extremely well versed in the law and had a great plan for my best results, and it was carried out. We achieved our desired outcome, full dismissal. I feel like not only did I have a firm that protected me and rights but I made a few friends. And, the friendships will remain long after this case has been forgotten about.

Mr. Eisner handled my case professionally and the outcome of my case was better than expected.

Every now and then life throws you a curveball and you need to be in a position to handle a sticky, confusing and potentially life altering situation.
