For example, Nick did not assert a lien on the original settlement the insurance company offered me because he noticed that I was a struggling, young mother. He was legally entitled to that portion, yet he gave that up to help me and my daughter out. Instead, he brilliantly negotiated a higher settlement. He has been kind enough to advise me on other legal matters surrounding this auto accident case as well. Nick is reliable, trustworthy, ethical, and well-versed in legal matters.
