Gihan L Thomas is an excellent attorney.. After the Immigration Judge denied my case, she took it all the way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and she won it.. The Ninth Circuit reverse their decision and remanded the case back to the lower court.. And then once again, she won against Board Imm...igration Appeal and now my case is back to Immigration Court looking for further proceeding.. Nobody that would have worked harder on my case better..
