I heard a lot of good things about Ms. Thomas.. and she proved it. She went above and beyond, she will find ways to help you out, she's honest, and she's there for you. I never thought i would get away from this gov prosecutor Elena Kusky. She's well known as the worst of all, the meanest, and he...artless person. She case me down like crazy.. if you guys familiar with immigration in LA, you will know who she is. At some point i was about to giving up.. but not Ms.Thomas. She amazed me in anyway you can thing of.. The night before my court, i wasn't feeling nervous, scare or anything.. i feel very confident and relax.. which was unusual for me. The day of my court, Ms Thomas told me, "trust me.. have faith in me, we will win this case, we will walk away with a huge smile.." and there she is.. proved me, showed me, and made it happen. Today, Aug 19 2014.. i won my case.. because the help of Ms. Thomas.. I thank her very much from the bottom of my heart.. she will always be a part of my life that i never gonna forget.. Gihan L Thomas is an excellent attorney.. After the Immigration Judge denied my case, she took it all the way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, and she won it.. The Ninth Circuit reverse their decision and remanded the case back to the lower court.. And then once again, she won against Board Imm...igration Appeal and now my case is back to Immigration Court looking for further proceeding.. Nobody that would have worked harder on my case better..
