I was referred to Gihan by a Federal Bureau of Investigation officer, when I was stopped in the airport for traveling without proper documentation. I seek the help of Attorney Thomas after my Asylum case was denied at the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) handled by another attorney. I first heard about her from a friend who used her service couple years back but was reluctant to switch. About a year and a half later, I received good news from her office that my case has been remanded back to BIA! I was ecstatic! Mrs. Thomas is my personal lawyer since 2006. Today I am a US citizen thanks to God and through her services. She is a very straightforward lawyer.
