Today I am writing this review to thank the best attorney ever, Counsel Gihan Thomas. No matter what I say or how much I write, words would never truly describe the gratitude my family, and I feel towards Mrs. Thomas. After a lengthy wait for our asylum interview due to the backlog, Counsel Thomas wa...s able to get my family the interview upon placing us on the waiting list. Mrs. Thomas was honest with me since day one, and she informed me about the benefits and implications (short notice interview) of being on the waitlist. Despite knowing that I was going to be on time constraint once receiving my interview notice, I went ahead and placed myself on the list knowing that with the help and guidance of Counsel Thomas everything will be fine. Mrs. Thomas prepared me excellently for the interview and had gone far and beyond to make sure that I was ready for any questions that I may encounter. Despite that my preparation was during the weekend, she made sure that she gave me more than enough time to prepare with her. After the initial interview, my family and I were requested for a re-interview and shortly after we received our grant for our asylum case. Counsel Thomas' team is far beyond exceptional, and they always make you feel welcome and address all your questions; also her fellow associates are very professional and well versed when it comes to legal matters. Additionally, Mrs. Thomas always makes sure to call her clients if an additional response is needed from her. On a personal level Counsel Thomas is an amazing, loving, caring, and inspirational person who genuinely cares about her clients above anything else. I would definitely recommend her without any objection to anyone looking for an immigration lawyer because she is the best out there. If I wrote folders to THANK Ms. Gihan Thomas for what she did for my family, it will be less than enough. She is the only lawyer that works hard for the satisfaction of her clients. Her knowledge and vast experience helped my family twice. one time in the immigration court, after five years of suffer...ing with other lawyers, finally, when we hired Ms. Gihan, we got the approval for our application. I wouldn't recommend anyone unless she is extremely professional. Gihan L Thomas is one of the best immigration attorneys in US. She handled our case in very professional and personal manner. She used to answer most of my calls and inquiries by herself which is one of the rare skills among immigrati...on attorneys. She is very organized, knowledgeable and persistent to achieve the best for her clients. She got us our case interview in San Fransisco in just 3 months since we started our case with final approval 2 weeks later. One of the best characteristics I like about my attorney is her cautious attitude towards every single step we make. She always advices us to follow the rules, explaining how and why, which saved us a lot of time, money and anxiety.

Ms. Gihan took my mother case about 3 years ago. Immigration office in Santa Ana already denied her applications. The immigration court throw her case out of the court, back to USCIS.
