I initially retained an attorney for an automobile accident on 7/8/2013. They referred me to doctors outside my healthcare network at the time whereby forcing me to pay money directly to their providers without any adjustments and or reductions. My car was a total loss, went to the ER, suffered sev...ere pain, went to therapy, and they wanted me to accept an offer where I was only left with $3,946.00 while the attorneys who did almost zero work (who refuse to send my new attorney Jonathan a ledger of time actually spent on the matter) would net $6,098.33 and all their doctor and provider friends would receive their full amount. When I noticed how my own attorneys were trying to take advantage of a young informed college student, I was referred to Jonathan Kashani who was able to get me the policy limits of the Defendant driver. He worked diligently to get me my Policy Limit gross settlement as well as reductions from all the providers that the other attorney sent me to.

A Godsend in a difficult time

Jonathan was absolutely wonderful. He worked out all of my car accident related claims and kept my out of pocket expenses to a minimum. He was extremely helpful and responsive with any and all questions asked. I will definitely plan to work with him in the future if necessary.
