These are the steps we we...nt through (your steps may be a little different ours): 1. Called to get consultation 2. Agreed to start procees 3. Signed agreement 4. Sent all reciepts (invoives) from dealership to Adam 5. Sent bank statements to proof every payments, and provided copy of car registration to Adam 6. Adam sends documents to manufacture 7. We recieved a breakdown of buyback option (keep in mind they may give you less based on the miles you first took vehicle in for the problem, and for negative equity on the trade-in. So may still owe) 8. We accepted buyback 9. Adam did his thing 10. Manufacture called us to drop off car, and sign paperwork (also, be aware that they will try to take away more based on damages to the car, including small scuffs, scratches, amd dents. Worst case scenario, (it's BS, but...) they will ask you to repair all damages before buyback.) 11. It was taken away from our hands. No more worries! Adam was a very pleasant attorney to work with. He made things very simple. I told him my case, signed a letter of agreement, sent him my repair documents with a few other docs needed. Within about a week we had a response from the car manufacturer. I never spent one dime out-of-pocket, not even ...for a stamp. Adam has a good rapport with the auto manuf. rep, so things went quite easily and smooth. I was offered a few different choices to resolve the issue. Counting from day-one, I received a check in about 6 weeks and the case was closed. Adam definitely knows the lemon laws and what can reasonably be expected.
