Went through a lot of lawyer before hiring one. I put a lot of time into it and decided Mr. Fakhimi was the best out there after all things considered. He didn't let me down one bit. He was easy to reach and never passed me off to someone else. He was like my one-man army and impressed the hell o...ut of me in court. If you need a strong lawyer, hire him.

I cannot recommend Ardalon enough.  I found myself, unexpectedly, on the receiving end of a restraining order request.  I was completely surprised, frightened, overwhelmed and anxious, trying to figure out what I would need to do to go to court and try to prove this restraining order request was with...out merit.  (the person had made up some pretty nasty and violent lies about me, and if the restraining order request were granted, it would most likely have led to me losing my job as we work together). I called and met with several other lawyers before speaking with Ardalon. Some told me my case would be very difficult.  Others said they were confident they could win but didn’t give me any explanation of how.  To be honest, it didn’t even seem like they fully understood the details of the case as I had described it, they were just focused on getting me to sign a retainer agreement and we could talk about case details later.   Then I found Ardalon on Avvo.com. Ardalon not only listened attentively and understood every detail I described, but was able to immediately and compellingly articulate how, specifically, he would go about mounting our defense. He quoted a fair price and we signed our retainer agreement.  Ardalon was extremely attentive and communicative throughout our entire time working together.  He went above and beyond both in his preparation for the case, and in the court room. Ardalon always explained everything that he was doing, made sure I had opportunities to offer my input.  He was happy to incorporate any ideas I had he felt could help our case, and he was honest enough to tell me when my ideas would not be helpful in court.  He is extremely intelligent and clearly very experienced. I went from feeling nervous to very confident almost immediately as we started working together. Ardalon was exceptionally well prepared for our court appearance, but I was even more impressed when some unexpected information and new documents were introduced while in court, and Ardalon, with only 15 minutes to review the new documents, was actually able to use the documents presented as evidence against me to further prove my innocence.   Ultimately the case went exactly as Ardalon had predicted it would on our first phone consultation and we won. Although I hope never to end up in the situation like this again, if I ever do have to go to court, Ardalon is definitely the lawyer I’ll be calling.
