I found Elliot on this site when I was arrested on a misdemeanor child abuse charge. I was initially given a public defender but after very poor representation I knew that I needed someone that could devote more time to my case. I hired my attorney after I was pulled over, under the suspicion, of driving under the influence. The field sobriety test was a bust and the police claimed the breathalyzer test read twice over the legal limit. I had done my research.
