No los contrate les aseguro que va ser una pesadilla trabajar con ellos son corruptos deshonestos prepotentes con toda mi gente yo tuve una cita y me hicieron que le pagara para luego no hacer nada no contestan a las llamadas les puedo decir un sin fin de fallas que mejor me cambie a los pocos dos ha... no te regresan tú dinero segun ellos que si a los 60 días para cancelar eso es mentira ya no te contestan y son personas muy difíciles ahorita gracias ha Dios ya arregle mis papeles pero ya fue con otro abogado ya los puse una queja en la barra de abogados por cierto los están investigando de todas sus malas prácticas

Run from this place!! They do not care about your time, they don’t care about your case and they lie! Today they lied to us saying that we needed to go redeem our deposit by going in person to cancel our case because we had already cancelled via phone. They had us waiting 2 hours!!! What a ...sign of disrespect for others time and unprofessionalism. And then turns out the meeting was to convince us to stay and that they weren’t sure they could give us the deposit back. It doesn’t have to be this way which why I advise you don’t consult this office. We interviewed with 3 other attorneys and at all 3 we spoke directly to the attorney when at this office we never even saw Sergio!! We found a lawyer that actually cares about our case and charges three times more but he literally answers in less than hour and has explained the process step by step unlike this office who never ever told us exactly what was happening. Then they had the audacity to say that our other lawyer only had advanced our case because of the work they did. LIES. We confirmed this with all the other lawyers we interviewed with because they told us FOIAs we no longer taking as long as they had during the beginning of COVID because that’s the lie Sergio office always told us. Also it was always such a difficult task having to call the office to ask about your case. They would literally hang up on us and everyone that answered was rude. They would transfer our calls and no one would ever answer. And the response was always the same that it was slow because of COVID. I thought that that’s how all the lawyer green card experiences were but I was WRONG. This office is terrible I regret not cancelling sooner and starting my process with our current lawyer who responds immediately, is empathetic about our case and answers al our questions.

Sergio Siderman and the Siderman Firm got me out of trouble with ICE. I was detained and they got me out and helped me get my Visa. I was harassed and taunted and Sergio was the one who fought for me. I am forever grateful. He knew I couldn't afford the fee so he helped me with that too!! I only ...paid what I could!!! He is the best.

I was in dire need of a work permit and needed it rather quickly, as my time here was about to expire. He was very easy to talk to..., was honest about his fee and his process. I was successively able to obtain all of the documents required for my work permit, and he even worked with me on my payments. I could afford his work, and it was top notch.
