I am writing this review just as I received my Greencard in the mail today and it's all thanks to David and his team. It was a long 5-year wait riddled with ups and downs, hoops and slopes but David was there for us every step of the way. Even though David and I never met in person and just communica...ted electronically and telephonically (I am based in Chicago), I was always comfortable and confident with what he tells me. He tells the situation to you straight and honest with no false pretenses but with a reassuring disposition that if we do things right, then we will not have a problem. I first hired David back in 2017 when unforeseen circumstances in my home country necessitated that I seek asylum in the US after my J1 visa expired. His office helped me with submitting the asylum application, applying for my first EAD card and subsequent renewal and when I found the person I was meant to be with and gotten married, David helped us process everything so that my husband and I can stay together in the US. In 6 months, we received the notice of interview. While David was unable to go with us in person during the interview (due to COVID travel restrictions and risk) he was there with us by phone (He was on standby by his phone at 6 am!!! -- that's dedication and support). Thank you, David and your team (especially Rini) for making it happen. Finally, this is a moment of glory, and I would like to write a review for you. I came to David with 4 years of experience dealing with various lawyers; my case was very simple at the beginning, but because my previous lawyers did... not know what they were doing, my case become complex to the point of removal. My previous lawyer screwed up many times, but the biggest issue was failing to explain the consequences of losing my status, which I did not even realize I was losing when I could easily maintain it.
