I heard positive words about David from a friend of mine. I was hesitant to hire him at first because I don't live in LA and thought there would be miscommunication issues, but I took the risk nevertheless and I am glad I did. He is truly the best out there and here's why... At my first consultati...on, he elaborately explained the whole asylum process, patiently listened to my case, and took key notes. I have consulted with a few lawyers and David was the one that impressed me the most. Right then and there, I knew that he was the lawyer that I can trust so I hired him. He convinced me that he was on my side throughout. Even though I'm living in a different city, there was barely any miscommunication. When the time came for my court hearing, he flew early to San Francisco where my court hearing was held to prepare me for what was to come to the best of his ability and assure me that he got it all covered. During the court hearing, he was completely attentive, composed, eloquent, and respectful to me, to the immigration judge, the witness that I brought, and the government attorney. I applied for asylum and came to David in June 2018, and I was granted the asylum status in October 2019. It's truly a miracle to be granted this fast and I know one of the reasons is because I picked the right attorney to represent me. I am now able to stay, work, and build my future in the US because of his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

One day I was grocery shopping & David personally called me to tell me that the court had decided in our favor and that our case had went through. I don't know how he did it, since 3 other attorneys couldn't do it, but David kept his words. David and Rini thoroughly helped us throughout our case and for that, I am very grateful.
