As a physician, and fellow professional, I'd like to highly recommend Mr. Haghighi for any legal issues related to immigration law. The level of ethics, professionalism, and passion that he possesses is second-to-none and will show up as he does his work. It's hard to find people of such high standar...ds.

I came to Mr. David Haghighi on July 2008 for my Immigration case, My Case has been referred to an Immigration judge for adjudication in removal proceedings before US Department of Justice for immigration review. I went to many lawyers place before i hire mr. David. to be my lawyer and for the first ...time I met him, he so welcoming me and he explaining everything about my Case and he so nice different like other lawyer i met. he read my case and he told me about the chance i have and i fell this lawyer I can trust and very knowledgeable, the feeling he give is very strong, he not care about the money but he care how to make you win on ur case, also i like the way he explaining everything. and he never hide anything from me for past 6 years i went to the court he never charge me any penny, also the good thing he help me a lot, when i walked into the office all the stuff is very nice, always welcoming me like family. all the time mr. David always informing me, taking care all my immigration thing, Thank You so much Mr. David you fulfill your promise 6 years ago and you Win my Case, now im so happy my dream come true. Very unprofessional office. I called on Friday for my friend who needs to apply for the green card. They said the attorney would have called me after 3:15 PM, but he didn't. I called on Monday, and they said by the end of the day, and he didn't. Tuesday, I sent an email and got nothing. Wednesday, I ...called and left a voicemail and got nothing. I wasted time giving my information to the assistant, and they didn't even bother to call. A lawyer who does not return a call is a big red flag!

I called Mr Haghighi's office early April to set up a consultation for an adjustment of status through marriage case (legal status and entry, no criminal past). My fiance and I want to hire a lawyer to guide us through the process, submit our paperwork and be present at the interview. The first time ...I called, the receptionist checked with Mr Haghighi and told me I needed to call back after marriage, because that's how they weed out marriage fraud.. I was taken aback as I wanted to get the process started asap. Mr Haghighi has great reviews, and a good number of them, so I called again a few weeks later, after marriage. The receptionist told me she had to check with the lawyer, and that I would get a call back. After another couple of weeks of waiting, I called back again today and asked about my appointment follow-up. The receptionist had no idea about it, went through all the intake questions again and then finally offered me an appointment... in 3 weeks!!! I am flabbergasted as this puts me close to my out of status date, which I wanted to avoid in the first place. Mr Haghighi seems to be too busy to take on new cases at this point, and while being in demand can be a good sign, it is not so when customer service is sacrificed. I will be looking elsewhere.
