I was contacted by someone from this law firm who sounded genuine with real concerns for the outcome of my situation I already had/have a lawyer and the nice man claimed to be a law professional and stated he would look into my case and situation and see if my attorney was doing her job and not just ...collecting my money. So at the end of the call he asked me for my phone number court house my case was in and my name inorder to check for me and also offered to review the results in person and also a free consultation if I found the results to unethical. That guy must have been an actor because he sounded so concerned and so hungry to help me, I missed the RED FLAG he didn't know my name or where my case was. Red flag #2 his schedule was wide open my appointment time was for 1pm then 2:30pm. I didn't make it to that office until after 3pm due to misplaced paperwork by a female friend. He assured me that my arrival time was fine and just to text him when I get there. He had me under the impression that I would be meeting with him for reasons mentioned above. I never got to meet that voice that tricked me into going there. Instead his last message was my associate is going to meet with you because he is a little more qualified than I am and has experience with cases like mine. The guy on the phone was no lawyer, the 2 other guys and the woman I met with were not lawyers. But the TV was playing the same loop praising that law firm and its founder Shawn Marian saying how he is a member of the distinguished lawyers I've never looked it up and he is not even an active member but they would want you to believe that he is why else would they be playing that on TV over and over with 1 award on a side wall table that had to be at least 10 years old or older. I saw through the shinny bells and whistles. I felt like I was at a car lot being pushed into hiring them. I was already tired of my formal attorney lying to me and just taking and taking not doing the things she promised she would do like send me a receipt or meet me at a time and day she pre-selects without rescheduling first. As bad as she was at least she went to court on my court dates with the exception of missing 2 already. I requested that if this law firm could simply update me my truck being held for evidence by a detective working the case of who shoot me 4 times by putting at least 11 bullets through my truck door while I'm the only victim in that case period I am still being victimized for sure. I requested that they look into it and when they call me in a week for another payment please have some answers for me and I will make another payment. I gave them the phone numbers, location and all the information needed to make an inquiry for me 9 days after paying them $1000.00 no update on my situation just a rude phone call from a person working in the finance department stating " if I don't pay them more money they're not going to show up in court. I signed that 10-15 page contract but after amending it and refusing to initial several lines that I did not agree with and felt that I would need another kind of attorney to even sign up on that. So I think I did but I didn't hire them because I thought I was going for a consultation and an update on my previous attorneys practices but that was not the case I was lured into the scheme of exposing ones fears and weaknesses for the sole purpose of profit, knowing that this is a trying and vulnerable time for the potential client.

I’m a client and when I call my lawyer he doesn’t answer he also doesn’t return my phone all’s I make appt to talk to him and they don’t answer there always telling me that his gonna call me and doesn’t answer I payed him a lot of money for his services that didn’t gave me results hasn’t solve nothin...g from my case.
