I Ernestina retained Michael Shemtoub March, 2017 after speaking with him for a few minutes, well that was the only time I spoke to him in over a year. He never really took an Interest in my case, I don't know why he took my car accident case. it is now December, 2018 and he has done NOTHING for me. ...One day he finally called me( after I left many messages for him) he said "my friend, I have some bad news, the person who was going to file the papers for the court (Kevin from GFYS) didn't file them on time, therefore we will not be going to court. He say's " I my friend, I can offer you $2,000.00. I said to him " I will wipe my ass with that. No, I will not accept that, and don't call me your friend, you are more like my enemy" He has been a big liar from the beginning, he said he would get me maximum compensation for my personal Injury. he blamed this Kevin person for not filling the court papers on time, that's not my fault, it's his fault. My accident occurred October 7, 2015, and I suffered my Injuries, I have back problems, neck pain and constant headaches. After the accident, I couldn't work much because I was in constant pain, I had depression and anxiety, that I ended loosing my house, I have no Income, I live at poverty level. All because Michael Shemtoub took away my opportunity to a fair trail. To this date, December 2018 he has not settled my case. What about my compensation for my Injury, pain and suffering, lost wages??????? I really regret retaining Michael Shemtoulb..................

I came here to seek advice against this attorney and saw that he is enjoying a 10 star rating. My case was lost and dropped and he made me an offer of $400 and stated that he had in fact paid off my medical bills. These were lies. He fabricated drop letters and sent them to me months after the case w...as settled. I am currently suing this attorney and intend to have him disbarred as he has lied in writing about a few things and I can demonstrate the lies were intentional.

For the last year-and-a-half I thought that I was getting a good lawyer I have nothing bad to say about him but the thing is I've been waiting almost 2 years for my case to settle and nothing has happened yet when I call them they don't get back to me they keep changing my case manager I'm not very h...appy with that now I have to go to court because he asked for a fee waiver and now the judge wants to talk to me it's okay because I know I got to go to court and I will do so but why is it that I have to go and I didn't ask for that P waiver so until my case is settled I will put a good report until then I'm not happy with them
