Before you go to meet Brian BREITER and his team, read this carefully. We all think if we have insurance then we are covered, Home, car health, etc. But never really imagine that god for bit if something happens are we really covered? Not really, I can tell. Unfortunately there are circumstances t...hat you are not and will never be covered if you don’t have honest ,conscious, strongly knowligble ,experienced attorney and trial lawyer in that really fatal situation. It’s happened to my kid, he was injured and in coma, as a single mother of only child, I was devastated and lost like in the worst nightmare (never wish anyone to have this feeling), well I was lost and shocked, ,but find some power in myself to look for attorney. Google is the smartest thing was at that minute, and was blessed and lucky to find the highest rated law office near the hospital ( I couldn’t drive and couldn’t leave my son even for couple of minutes in hospital). Just got the number and left the message. Brian was in different city and in trail, but he promised me to stop by once he is back in town. Only just hearing his calm and compassionate speaking,I already feel myself hitting the light in the end of the tunnel… He came and took all the CHAOS On his shoulders and comforted me, but without any big words and big promises. The only promise was that we will be protected. It was only 1% of chance for my son to stay alive after that accident and was only 1% to win the case. BUT,from the moment I meet Brian I could lay back on that part and to focus on my child health and recovery. Brian and his team never left any question without answer ,any single problem without solutions during 3 year period. At the end of the day from 1% of chance we got full six figures for the future care of my child's health and life. Just want to thank you to all team and suggest anyone that having insurance is not enough if you don’t have right attorney to fight for you. Be safe and good luck. P.S. The battlefield is a scene of constant chaos. The winner will be the one who controls that chaos, both his own and the enemies. Thank you B.J.B. Wrongful death case

Where to begin. What a journey it has been for our family’s wrongful death case. I can confidently say, to have David and Brian as our trial attorneys was a blessing. These men were emotionally supportive as well informative. With their knowledge, we were able to ask those uncertain questions and al...ways get a timely response. Our family never felt like we were kept out of the loop with what was going on during the duration of our case. Our case did go to trial where the insurance company wasn’t offering a fair amount, until these sharks in the courtroom demanded it with fair reasoning. They fought for what is fair without wavering and kept such a strong stance. If you want to be put in trusted hands especially during such a vulnerable time, they are attorneys that will fight for justice in your case.

Thankful For This Team!

My fiancé was hit by a car in 2019 while crossing a crosswalk. It was an incredibly devastating moment and she was lucky to be alive after a fractured wrist, broken bones in her foot, and abrasions all over her body. Not to mention the new reality of rehabilitation both psychologically and physically... at the age of 24. Neither of us had been in a situation like that before. We didn’t understand how quickly we needed to act w/ finding legal help, and to be honest, we didn’t have the energy to deal with a big search at the time. Luckily, my fiancé’s sister came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter online. She read a lot of great reviews and really liked what she saw on the website. Coincidentally, a day later, after telling a friend of mine about the accident, they also recommended Brian’s office for representation. Brian and his colleague Peter actually came to our apartment to meet with us because my lady was in no condition to leave. I’ll never forget how great they were that evening. We were down to 2 final choices for representation and Brian’s presence during that visit sealed the deal for her. My fiancé went with his office, and nearly 2.5 years later, I can’t tell you all how happy we are with our choice. The communication was totally transparent during these tough times. Brian and team were VERY clear as to the steps my fiancé needed to take in order to give herself the best shot at a fair settlement/trial result. There were times that months went by without any action, any results, any anything… but Brian told us that there would be some slow moments. She needed to heal and the only way that was going to happen was to give it time. So even in those frustrating moments when it seemed like “DOES ANYBODY CARE ABOUT THIS TRAGEDY?!” … we had to remember to play it cool and keep in mind what our lawyer told us. Long story short, my fiancé just settled her case and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She listened to all of their advice and then let them handle it. Although it took awhile, we had to remind ourselves that her accident occurred pre-pandemic. So, naturally, that slowed things down. But even in the middle of that mess, we were always able to reach the office with questions or status updates. Super amazing

Best personal injury lawyer!

Jeff and Atty. Mark. Atty. Breiter is very accommodating and instructed me on how my case will proceed b...ased on the evidence(s) I gave him. Every time I called them to follow- up on my case Atty.
