Lucky to Find These Guys!

A few years ago I was visiting Los Angeles with my family from Canada. It was later in the evening and we were walking in Los Feliz. As I was walking in the intersection, a car didn’t stop and crashed into me. I literally flew into the air and crashed down onto the windshield. Bam! I broke my wrist, ...collar bone and a few ribs. I was in really bad shape. Not a fun trip to California to say the least. After I got released from the hospital I went back to Canada, where everyone is nice, and got the care I needed. I knew I needed someone in Los Angeles to help me with my case. That is when I started my search. I looked at a lot of law firms but I was most impressed with Brian Breiter and his team. People said he is nice and funny and that he cares, well it’s true! He has a great team of attorneys and I was able to work with Brian, Jeff Twomey and Mark. They were able to get the maximum insurance from the guy who hit me but the most impressive part was when they fought against my Canadian car insurance. I didn’t even know I could. It wasn’t easy, we had to do depositions, get examined by their doctors and do multiple mediations. Eventually we even had to do a mediation in Canada. Brian was able to partner with an expert in Calgary and we presented the case to a mediator in Canada. It was a tough fight but it all worked out for the best. I was very happy with the results and really felt like Brian and Jeff fought for me with everything they had. If you need real lawyers hire these guys, not the ones on the TV commercials or the goofy billboards, they are the real deal. Thanks guys!

They’re the real Avengers.

They will take great care of you, and provide whatever assistance you need. They’re the real Avengers. I cannot recommend this office enough! I was rear ended by truck hauling lumber which totaled my car and injured my back. The other driver could not provide proof of insurance, and the police ...did not provide any help whatsoever. A friend advised me to consult a personal injury attorney, specifically the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Their offices were closed on the day of the accident however, he was able to provide a cell phone number and I was able to get the ball rolling on everything I had to do. Your auto insurance company is out to make the costs of your accident as least expensive as possible, with zero regard to your health, your safety, or your physical well-being. Brian Breiter and his team seek to get you justly compensated for whatever property and physical damage you may have suffered and will potentially suffer years from now. They took care of everything, provided a rental car, set me up with The Joint and Spine Institute with Dr. Beny Charchian and his incredible team, scheduled an MRI, and also kindly offered to provide ride service to my appointments. The Law Office was very clear as to what I could expect and not only did they meet all those expectations, they exceeded all my wildest dreams. The spine specialist he set me up with, Dr. Beny Charchian, will also be getting raving reviews from me. The treatment he and his team provided alleviated all of my back pain. That is not hyperbole, my back feels incredible. A teacher and mentor of mine once told me, “if I had to choose between my manager/agent or my lawyer, I’m keeping my lawyer over anyone else, any day of the week.” Now I know why. Aside from my family I don’t think anyone has every advocated or fought for me as hard as Brian Breiter and his team. They were always just one phone call away. Due to the pandemic, I did not get to meet Brian until after my case had settled. When we finally met it felt like meeting up with a friend. He and another member of his team, Mark, remembered every personal detail I had mentioned in casual conversation months ago, and we were able to have a very lovely conversation while he and his team got all the contracts and my restitution squared away. This guy is so dope, we are close friends on Instagram now. If you are ever involved in a vehicular collision, don’t hesitate, CALL BRIAN BREITER. He’s not only a fighter, but incredibly friendly and Will make the experience as pleasant and painless as possible. I cannot recommend this guy enough! The Law Offices of Brian Breiter really helped me learn my rights and made me feel valued as a human being. Dealing with the law and auto insurance can be a very dehumanizing experience. I Highly Recommend Brian & His Team. Look No Further

There honestly aren’t enough good things to say about Brian Breiter & his office. I met Brian when he came to see me in the hospital after I was hit by a car that ran a red light while I was crossing the street on foot. I had fractures in both legs, multiple vertebrae, my left arm & face, as well ...as two joints in my right arm that had to be completely rebuilt. It was a lot to handle physically, mentally, and emotionally. And I needed help with the legal side of things. I was very quickly struck by Brian’s warm personality & his sense of humor, not to mention impressed with his knowledge & manner. Though not being able to move much & in a considerable amount of pain, talking with Brian & trading quips during that meeting made me feel quite good. I had met with some other lawyers, but it was obvious to me & the others in the room that I had found the person I wanted to work with. There was honestly no competition. Along with Brian, I worked with the brilliant Mark Rubashkin. They counseled me through the process, kept me updated with how the case was progressing & checked in on me to see how I was doing. It was clear that they & their team not only cared for me as a client, but as a person. My case was spread over a few years, and they were always available to talk & answer any questions I had. I also worked with Omar Roque, a paralegal in their office, who is amazing. Working on the legal case while also focusing on my physical rehabilitation was a lot to keep organized, and whenever I was stressed out about it, after speaking with Brian, Mark or Omar I always felt more relaxed & reassured. I highly recommend Brian & his office, and already have to people I know who’ve asked me if I knew any lawyers. If I ever have any legal questions on any subject, Brian & Mark are my first call. I am so thankful for their help, and to have been able to meet them. It was truly a pleasure.

Could not have asked for a better team!

Peter, Brian, Jeff, Mark, and the whole team are amazing! After my accident, I searched online and found the glowing reviews of Brian's firm here on Yelp. I reached out and had a free consultation with Brian and he agreed to take my case. I could not have asked for a better team to represent me to ge...t a fair settlement. The original offer from the defendant's insurance company was a joke. Peter, Brian, and his team got me a settlement over 10 times the original settlement amount. All I can say is if you are involved in an accident, don't hesitate to call Brian's office. He and his entire team are ethical, compassionate, and tenacious at reaching a fair settlement.

Ironman, for real.

I was in a car accident in May of 2017 that caused herniated discs in my lower back. The person who caused the accident didn't have insurance with left me in a unique position of needing to sue my own policy. Brian and team have some of the best reviews in Los Angeles, so I called him. He set up a me...eting with me right away, and we went through the details of the accident. He cares, his team cares, and they made sure I knew that. They handled everything, walked me through every step of the way, recommended some of the best doctors for my physical and emotional needs. Brian and team got me the most money that they could out of my own insurance , working hard for me the whole time, and getting me 4x their initial offer. I hope I never need to call him again, but if I'm in the position where I need him again, he's on speed dial.
