Brian Breiter is far beyond the BEST

Several years ago, my mother had a serious personal injured. My mom was sent to ER room and several broken bones were diagnosed. We were very stand in the dark and literally don't know what to do next. The hospital bills were literally 6 digits for the treatment. All we know is it was clearly reckl...ess and lack of property caution. I immediately looked up the best attorney of Los Angles and even California & sure enough we found Brian Breiter. He had countless attorney award in the industry. My mother and I immediately made the appointment to see Brian and his team. We sit in the circle and multiple attorneys in the room. Brian and his team took a note literally even piece of small details to ensure they understood clearly. Brian even allocated one interpreter to our case to ensure my mother can explain everything more clearly since she is not able to speak in English very well. Not only that, Brian assigned Mark & Tim who is Brian attorney team in the office to also help on our case. All attorneys are great, Brian, Mark & Tim. Sometimes, we felt like they are our family since they took care of us very well. Suddenly, the pandemic came to our world. Everything was close physically on ground. It took years to negotiate the case. They still manage to communication both on the phone and emails. Brian and his attorneys all gather and assured our family that our evidences is ready to meet the liability parties in court to win the case. The moment of truth finally arrived and they admit the guilt. Brian is probably the Iron Man in real life. He managed to help rightful to innocent people again We literally want to thank you Brian & his team for all the services and the help to our family. A LITTLE INVESTIGATION BY MY ATTORNEY PETER DIAMOND . . .

I contacted Mr. Breiter's office at the recommendation of a friend after I was hit by a ride share driver while crossing an intersection as a pedestrian in January of 2020. Attorney Peter Diamond represented me in the case. Initially, based on information from ride share, it appeared they would bea...r no responsibility for the accident since the driver was not carrying a passenger and I would only be able to collect through the minimum coverage allowed by the driver's personal auto policy. After some investigation by Peter and his associates at the office, it was discovered my case had occurred prior to a change in state law that defined when ride share companies were responsible for the actions of their drivers. Due to this further investigation into the unique aspects of my case, I ended up collecting nearly 17 times the amount I would have collected from the driver's insurer. Peter is very easy to work with, kept me up-to-date by text and telephone as the case progressed and kept any legwork on my part to a minimum. Each step in the case was fully explained. Peter made me feel very comfortable doing a video deposition. Each person I dealt with at the office was very professional and explained in detail any paperwork I was signing and any other aspect of the lawsuit. I cannot recommend Peter and the law firm highly enough.

Fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve

Like many people during the pandemic I took up cycling as a means to get out of the house and get some exercise in. Riding on the streets on Los Angeles is dangerous business, and even with all the precautions I took, a helmet and lights and being radically attentive, I got hit and I got hurt. ...The next day I realized I had been hurt bad. I had gone to the hospital the night before, which as you can imagine during early pandemic was terrifying. Brian was recommended to me by a friend so I reached out to him to see if he could help. My bike was damaged, I was damaged, and sadly, once again stuck on the couch which I so desperately was trying to get off of in heat of the pandemic. Brian was quick to answer, and immediately put me at ease. His conversational style of getting the details along with his general calm demeanor made it very easy to walk him through what happened and the specifics of how my injuries felt. His office was quick to get all the necessary details and even gathered all the paperwork from the hospital taking all the headache out of the process. The initial processs of getting the bike repaired and costs for the ambulance and hospital were handled quickly, albeit by an anemic insurance policy by the person who hit me. Brian was able to find other solutions for the injuries and the toll they took and still take on me today by looking into other way to ensure I was compensated for what would be a lasting issue. He told me to be patient, and it would all work out. I wasn't always patient, but he always put me at ease, again, with his calming manner. In the end I was awarded a settlement which immensely helped me deal with the ongoing physical issues I faced. Brian and his team are fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve.

Thank you Brian

As 2022 comes to a close, I want to thank Brian Breiter for being a true blessing this year. After I was attacked by pitbulls, I was in such shock I didn’t know what to do. What started out as regular sunny day turned into a roller coaster of doctor appointments, surgery, therapy... and if it were...n’t for Brian Breiter and his associate Peter Diamond I don’t know how I would have navigated through it all. My case started to ramp up just went Covid did too... and Brian guided me and advocated for me when the city was on lockdown. The office never stopped checking in and keeping me posted on the changing timelines that Covid was causing. He got me excellent medical care including a top rated plastic surgeon to do my surgery. As we got closer to trial, Peter Diamond helped keep me calm and focused, and talked me through every possible outcome. Going against a big insurance company can feel hopeless - Brian has the knowledge, presentation, and uplifting attitude to take on these giants. We settled right before trial with a very generous settlement but more importantly I have the peace of mind knowing that Brian did right by me and my family.

Very Professional -The BEST of the BEST

Wife of Husband in Accident- How can I ever thank Brian and his team for everything they’ve done? They had the compassion, foresight, and tenacity to fight for my husband, who couldn’t fight for himself. Brian is an exceptional lawyer, with a heart to match the brilliance of his mind.
