Saved some artists!

I am a professional circus performer, and was involved in an 80 mph rollover crash that should have killed me and my partner, 4 and a half years ago. This was an accident that was 100% not my fault, and yet the insurance agencies still didnt want to give me what I was owed. Thanks to Brian and Mark, ...I was able to get the full settlement allotment through multiple rounds of insurances. And this was no easy case! its hard to convince people that what I do has value, and that I should be compensated for my injuries. Everyone on the team was a delight to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again should any ills befall me in the future. I felt like i had someone working diligently for the best possible outcome for me and my wife. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me. If you need a lawyer, this is who to call!

Best of the Best

In January 2019, my family and I were involved in a severe car accident when another vehicle collided with us from the side. The impact left all of us in excruciating pain, but I was particularly affected by the injuries. As we dealt with the aftermath, it seemed like everywhere we turned, there were... advertisements for law firms on bus benches, billboards, TV, and radio, both back then and even now in 2023. After being rescued from the wreckage and receiving medical attention at the hospital, I found myself sitting at our dining room table, contemplating the next steps. I knew that I needed legal representation. I was looking for a local, trustworthy, and hardworking firm to handle our case. Turning to Yelp for assistance, I entered the search terms "Best Lawyer + honest + hardworking + auto + accident near Los Angeles, CA 90016." To my surprise, at the top of the search results was the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. When I saw his profile picture, I immediately sensed that he was a dedicated advocate for his clients. Without wasting any time, I sent him a message on Yelp, explaining the details of the accident and its impact on my family. Less than five minutes later, Brian called me personally. We spoke for nearly half an hour, during which I couldn't believe the level of attention he was giving me over the phone. The following day, we met in person at his office, and it was clear that he was the right choice for us. Despite the challenges posed by COVID and the prevailing uncertainty, Brian and his remarkable firm stood by my side every step of the way. Mark, a member of Brian's team, ensured that I received exceptional care from physical therapists and underwent procedures such as epidurals and the replacement of two disc levels with the assistance of a talented and skilled spinal surgeon. In the end, Brian and his team achieved results beyond our wildest expectations, both in terms of medical recovery and financial compensation.

Amazing legal team

After my accident and I realized that I would need medical attention for my back and neck, I called one of those big law firms with the commercials with the jingles. They didn’t call back after two days (it would take them a week to finally respond),so I looked up reviews of personal injury law firms... and found an amazing number of 5 star reviews for Brian Breiter. Brian called me back right away, listened to my story, and immediately said I had a case. I am so happy that other firm didn’t call back sooner and take my case because there is NO WAY they could have done as well as Brian and his team. They got me the medical attention I needed and also, in the end, a SPECTACULAR settlement literally far beyond my dreams. In fact, at one point Brian gave me a range of possible values for my case that sounded incredible and, I must admit, I thought at one point he may be overvaluing the case when the other side was countering with numbers far below ours. Well, I was wrong. Brian and his team got me a jaw dropping settlement precisely within Brian’s range of predicted values. But aside from the life changing settlement I received and the terrific job they did to maximize my in pocket share of that settlement by negotiating down the medical expenses, these guys were so supportive throughout the entire case. I literally cannot recommend them more highly. I’m a semi-retired attorney and know something about how personal injury cases work and these guys really know what they are doing. Extremely professional, skilled, and supportive. These guys should be recognized as one of the premier law firms in Los Angeles. Iron Man of Trial Lawyers!!!

Brian Breiter is the greatest trial attorney I have ever seen. I had the distinct privilege and pleasure of his association into a case I had filed several years ago. An ambulance T-boned my client and left him with disputed injuries to his lower back. I found Brian speaking alongside his fellow tria...l attorney, the brilliant star, Jeff Twomey (of Breiter Law), at a webinar. They were discussing another trial they had won. A $3 million dollar verdict for a nurse with a broken wrist. I had never tried a case before and knew I would need help with mine. I wrote to them, begging for their hand. Within minutes, Brian and Jeff called me. We spoke for the first time like we were lifelong friends. They made me feel valuable and they took the time to explore my case. Most importantly, they agreed to join me in prosecuting my client's claims against the ambulance and took over as lead. They did it all, including dozens of depositions, thousands of pages of discovery, expert designations, a dozen motions in limine AND an 11-DAY trial in Van Nuys where veteran defense counsel would not relent, claiming that after nearly 3 years without treatment, our client's injuries were exagerated if not non-related to the crash. They turned the impossible into miracles before my very eyes and the eyes of all in attendance, including our clients. They convinced the jury to award our clients $2 million dollars. Our client had only received two epidural injections over the course of several years, among other noninvasive therapies. These guys love to try cases (including the hard ones). That's what makes them extraordinary. Grateful to call Brian and Jeff friends. They are very special men and amazing trial lawyers.
