Why are not all attorneys following his lead

Working with Brian Breiter has been an incredible experience. If you thought you couldn't trust an attorney in Los Angeles think again.Sadly, I was with a previous attorney who was lazy and unprofessional. I realized I needed out. I did a lot of researching before I picked Brian and I am glad I did. ...Brian helped me step by step through my case and was very patient. Him and his staff are always there to answer questions and take care of you. I never felt neglected or in an unprofessional environment. Him and his staff will go above and beyond. I really can't imagine how to better an attorney. If any other Attorneys in the Los Angeles read this consider calling Brian Breiter and asking him for advice on how to run a successful law firm.

Brian is an informed, trustworthy advocate for your rights

In the spring of 2011, my wife and I were rear-ended and our car was totaled. In addition, my wife had to have surgery on her shoulder as a result of the accident. With all of our daily obligations and my working two jobs, it would have been next to impossible to resolve our claim in a timely manne...r. We were fortunate to have found Brian and his assistant Mark. They were always very helpful and understanding, patiently answering any question that we asked (and we asked a lot of them). As others have mentioned in their reviews, Brian and Mark were active advocates for us and they were able to negotiate a timely and favorable settlement with the insurance company on our behalf. For those that are in search of an above-average attorney to represent them, you will have to look no further. We hope to never have a need for a personal injury attorney again, but if we do, we will definitely ask Brian to represent us.

Highly recommended

I highly recommend Brian as an attorney. He was fast and professional and within one hour already had the ball rolling faster than my previous attorney i had. With out a doubt i will continue to use and recommend Brian to whoever should need such a fast and professional attorney,

A True Advocate For Your Rights

Those who have had the misfortune of being involved in a traffic accident know that personal injury and property damage are not the only pitfalls - the time, effort, bureaucracy, and red tape inherent in dealing with the various parties - insurance companies, police, DMV, doctors, the other driver, e...tc. - become a massive burden of their own. Taking all this into account, it quickly becomes clear that "the largest cash settlement possible" is not the only, or even necessarily the most important, consideration when selecting an injury attorney. You're looking for an advocate for your best interests. I can think of no one better qualified for the job than Brian Breiter. Mr. Breiter has represented me in 2 seperate cases. In both instances, he did far more than obtain me the best possible settlement. From the moment I contacted him, he handled every aspect of my case, from dealing with the insurance companies to arranging care from exemplary doctors and physical therapists, with whom he negotiated reduced rates. In short, he handled the work and the worry for me. I carry Mr. Breiter's office number in my phone. If I ever again suffer the misfortune of an injury, in traffic or otherwise, his will be the first number I call.

Brian will fight and not give in to the insurance companies.

I had an accident that involved two other insurance companies in addition to mine my own. Insurance companies are not on your side or here to help. The paper work and rules will burry you and if you do not have the time to do it you will get taken advantage of. I needed an attorney and Brian came i...n and was willing and more than capable to how to handle these companies. Brian fought to the end and never gave up. I trusted his knowledge and expertise and it was worth it. I highly recommend Brian if you need someone to fight for you. I
