Brian James Breiter Review

I had a bad car accident and I was not sure how to protect myself. At first I was very hesitant to contact an attorney from the internet without any known references from friends or relatives but I gave it a shot. I have to say, I am very glad I did. Mr. Breiter and his staff were amazing, compass...ionate, and effective on protecting me and my lost property. First most, Mr. Breiter arranged and scheduled top notch Doctors in order for me to get the care I needed for my injuries. My car was a total loss and I was able to get the full reimbursement from the insurance based on J. D. Power and Associates assessment. In addition, my medical bills were negotiated and paid without any hassles. Gog forbid this happens again! But if it does Mr. Breiter will be my attorney of choice.

Superb!

Brian and his team are the best of the best. Clear, thorough, extremely knowledgable, and excellent communication. I was rear ended, and after attempting to work with insurance companies directly, I sought Brian's help through a friend recommendation. Expectations were clear and concise, and I was ve...ry well taken care of. Brian handled everything and kept me well informed throughout the duration of my case. Breiter is the BEST!

I'm not going to beat-around-the-bush, Brian is the BEST, so if you want the BEST then go to Brian. I don't know how to make it any clearer than that. He possesses integrity, honesty, a soul and will get you the BEST settlement. I was in a three car auto accident in which I suffered permanent d...amage to my body. Brian and his colleague, Mark, were with me every step of the way holding my hands when I needed it and truly sympathetic to my pain and tears. The injuries from the car accident were excruciatingly painful and dealing with the auto insurance company on top of that was worst because they didn't have my best interest in mind. After realizing that I was going to be completely railroaded by the insurance company, a friend recommended that I call Brian and I'm so incredibly grateful that I did. Brian was honest about everything because my case was difficult and I put all of my trust in Brian and let him do his job and he got me the best settlement. If you need an attorney: Keep Calm and Go Directly to Brian Breiter

Brian Breiter is the Man. Brian took care of me and took care of business. He is a straight shooter, no BS, knows what he is doing and very empathetic to boot.  I suffered major injuries over a year ago, when a full-size SUV decided to audition me (and my little crossover) as the wall in “Fearless...,” a great little flick starring Jeff Bridges, Isabella Rosellini, and Rosie Pérez. (See it if you haven’t already) After spending nearly 2 weeks almost completely paralyzed in pain and stress, I knew I had to find an attorney. The thought of that was one major f’ing drag. The first time I spoke to Brian on the phone, he seemed different than the others. (I phone-interviewed him and several other highest-rated attorneys on Avvo.com and yelp.com.) Brian did not strike me as a stereotypical fast talker. He seemed attentive and patient. Brian explained his game plan and answered my questions (repeatedly when necessary). I went to his office, and my opinion was confirmed. He kept me informed from day one and throughout this year-plus long process. I never felt like he was clock-watching, whether in his office or on the phone, but that he was taking great care to keep me abreast of what was happening and what to expect. Brian took care of all my insurance issues, including with my own not-so-good-neighbor company, and knocked down medical bills (all on lien), to zero in a couple cases, and by 90% in one of the largest bills. He and his assistant Mark took great care of me throughout, including advising and assisting with finding physical therapy and MRI providers. Highly recommend.

Brian represented my interests 100%. Being hit by a cabby was a 1st time for me so thank God I was lucky to find someone who knew what they were doing. At every turn/hurdle, he already had a plan. He was very good about communication & expectations. If you find yourself in an unfortunate circumst...ance, help yourself & choose Brian Breiter to represent you. That is one definite step in your favor
