Pedestrian vs Auto

Brian Breiter and his team of professionals provided our family with a sense of security and calm after our tragic event. In our greatest moment of despair Brian showed us true care and compassion while assuring us that he and his team would handle the complexities ahead so we could focus on my wif...e's daily needs and her recovery. We were kept well informed throughout the process as the Covid 19 pandemic delayed many aspects. It has been assuring to know that we had Brian, Peter and Mark behind us for the entirety of our case and that we would not be passed on when the going got rough. Fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve

Like many people during the pandemic I took up cycling as a means to get out of the house and get some exercise in. Riding on the streets on Los Angeles is dangerous business, and even with all the precautions I took, a helmet and lights and being radically attentive, I got hit and I got hurt. ...The next day I realized I had been hurt bad. I had gone to the hospital the night before, which as you can imagine during early pandemic was terrifying. Brian was recommended to me by a friend so I reached out to him to see if he could help. My bike was damaged, I was damaged, and sadly, once again stuck on the couch which I so desperately was trying to get off of in heat of the pandemic. Brian was quick to answer, and immediately put me at ease. His conversational style of getting the details along with his general calm demeanor made it very easy to walk him through what happened and the specifics of how my injuries felt. His office was quick to get all the necessary details and even gathered all the paperwork from the hospital taking all the headache out of the process. The initial processs of getting the bike repaired and costs for the ambulance and hospital were handled quickly, albeit by an anemic insurance policy by the person who hit me. Brian was able to find other solutions for the injuries and the toll they took and still take on me today by looking into other way to ensure I was compensated for what would be a lasting issue. He told me to be patient, and it would all work out. I wasn't always patient, but he always put me at ease, again, with his calming manner. In the end I was awarded a settlement which immensely helped me deal with the ongoing physical issues I faced. Brian and his team are fantastic straight shooters who will make sure you get what you deserve.

Thank you Brian

As 2022 comes to a close, I want to thank Brian Breiter for being a true blessing this year. After I was attacked by pitbulls, I was in such shock I didn’t know what to do. What started out as regular sunny day turned into a roller coaster of doctor appointments, surgery, therapy... and if it were...n’t for Brian Breiter and his associate Peter Diamond I don’t know how I would have navigated through it all. My case started to ramp up just went Covid did too... and Brian guided me and advocated for me when the city was on lockdown. The office never stopped checking in and keeping me posted on the changing timelines that Covid was causing. He got me excellent medical care including a top rated plastic surgeon to do my surgery. As we got closer to trial, Peter Diamond helped keep me calm and focused, and talked me through every possible outcome. Going against a big insurance company can feel hopeless - Brian has the knowledge, presentation, and uplifting attitude to take on these giants. We settled right before trial with a very generous settlement but more importantly I have the peace of mind knowing that Brian did right by me and my family.

Before you go to meet Brian BREITER and his team, read this carefully. We all think if we have insurance then we are covered, Home, car health, etc. But never really imagine that god for bit if something happens are we really covered? Not really, I can tell. Unfortunately there are circumstances t...hat you are not and will never be covered if you don’t have honest ,conscious, strongly knowligble ,experienced attorney and trial lawyer in that really fatal situation. It’s happened to my kid, he was injured and in coma, as a single mother of only child, I was devastated and lost like in the worst nightmare (never wish anyone to have this feeling), well I was lost and shocked, ,but find some power in myself to look for attorney. Google is the smartest thing was at that minute, and was blessed and lucky to find the highest rated law office near the hospital ( I couldn’t drive and couldn’t leave my son even for couple of minutes in hospital). Just got the number and left the message. Brian was in different city and in trail, but he promised me to stop by once he is back in town. Only just hearing his calm and compassionate speaking,I already feel myself hitting the light in the end of the tunnel… He came and took all the CHAOS On his shoulders and comforted me, but without any big words and big promises. The only promise was that we will be protected. It was only 1% of chance for my son to stay alive after that accident and was only 1% to win the case. BUT,from the moment I meet Brian I could lay back on that part and to focus on my child health and recovery. Brian and his team never left any question without answer ,any single problem without solutions during 3 year period. At the end of the day from 1% of chance we got full six figures for the future care of my child's health and life.
