Koch Family

My daughter was only 11 years old when her father was involved in a motorcycle accident with a vehicle belonging to the City of Los Angeles. David remained in a coma for over six months and died on my daughter's birthday from Traumatic Brain Injury. The evening of the accident, my brother gave me a ...number of an attorney he had heard about and told me to call immediately. I'm so glad I called that same night. Overwhelmed and numb, I talked with Brian for hours on the phone, still in shock, explaining that had happened to David that morning and the delicate situation involving my daughter. Brian listened attentively and was able to comfort and advise me. This was what he would consistently do for me for the next two years. Brian was always available, considerate, trustworthy, professional, and compassionate. He immediately arranged for conservatorship, medical assistance, and the myriad of legal procedures that would involve a complicated wrongful death case against the City of Los Angeles. Brian was always kind to my daughter as well as sensitive to the impact she would go through from having her father in a coma and ultimately his death. Brian and Mark were always professional and available when answering my never ending questions or clarifying the legal process. It's important for me to say that Brian changed our lives when everything went dark. He gently guided us for two years through this experience. The case was settled and we found resolution. My daughter and I can now continue the process to heal from our devastating loss with resilience and strength. When you work with Brian and his tireless team, you will understand why people say he is truly the best of the best. My daughter and I are both forever grateful to work with Brian. He continues to be there for us.

Attorney Brian Breiter

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Attorney's Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin. Like many other reviews, I had never been in need of an attorney before. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was able to navigate the process with (believe it or not) ease. I am g...rateful to Brian and Mark for their dedication, experience, reassurance, and above all, their honesty! Thank you!

Highly recomend Brian Breiter for Personal Injury Cases

I was in a car accident last year and needed legal representation. I was recommended to Brian Brieter by a friend who had used him for his accident case. Brian's reputation preceded him. He was a consummate professional and handled my case in a timely fashion. I firmly believe that because he got me ...into physical therapy immediately following my accident, it made all the difference in my recovery. The monetary compensation was helpful too, but making sure my injuries were properly cared for was initially his top priority and I am forever grateful for the care I received. Many thanks to Brian and his team for all their hard work. Hope I never need to, but would definitely use this man's services again.

Thanks Brian!

I usually do not post comments on the internet, but feel that people who use the internet to find good lawyers or reviews need to know that Brian is the real deal and that I had good experience with him. He was able to help get my life in order and acquire a satisfactory settlement after I was injur...ed in a car accident a few years ago and when I knew very little on what my options were. He is not one of those lawyers who are difficult to get a hold of when you have questions. If he was not able to pick up the phone directly (which is very very rare with law firms), he returned all my phone calls promptly and took care of all my concerns. From beginning to end, he took charge of my case and handled it efficiently and professionally. He is very clear in his verbal communication and easy to talk to. I look back at other past lawyers I have consulted and dealt with and can say that my experience with Brian was actually exceptional. Thanks, Brian!

Lawyer in the family?

I had a motorcycle accident in July 2013. I had over 20 stitches on my both legs and right arm. I knew I had to get a lawyer in order to be not cheated by the insurance companies. What I didn't know was how hard it was going to be to get treatment for my injuries. My own health insurance didn't car...e to cover any accidental injuries and the insurance company of the other party didn't care even though their client caused it. It is very scary to have pain and symptoms, but not able to get any treatment or diagnoses other than the stitches they gave you at the emergency room. Thanks to Brian, I was not only able to get all my questions answered by doctors, but I was also able to get very needed physical therapy towards my recovery. When I met him at his office for the first time he explained everything very clearly. He knew what I was going through more than myself. I know that sounds like a over the top statement, but it is true. You don't get injured everyday, you are little in shock, little confused, you don't really know if you are going to be ok, or if anyone cares. Brian told me he cares, and he is going to make sure I was going to be ok. Of course I was skeptical, but actions speak way louder than words. He delivered everything he promised, and more. They say it is good to have a lawyer in the family. After the experience I went through with Brian Breiter, I feel like I do have a lawyer in the family.
