Amazing attorney, sincerely wonderful person

I was a passenger in a wreck in March of 2014 and broke one of my Lombard spinal bones. I'd never dealt with insurance claims or lawyers before, and was extremely overwhelmed with my injury and all that followed. I talked to a number of different attorneys who all came highly recommended, but as soon... as I met Brian I knew I wanted him to handle my case. I could tell immediately he was extremely knowledgable, and had the best intentions helping me in my recovery financially and emotionally. Throughout the whole ordeal, it was a great consolation to know he was handling everything. I could not have been in better hands. He achieved the best possible outcome for my settlement, and along the way helped me with everything from doctors, to counseling, to financial planning. I can't thank Brian enough for all he has done for me, and I can't recommend him highly enough.

A recommendation from our personal experience!

Last spring, my daughter Caroline was a passenger in a multiple roll-over car accident on the highway here in CA and suffered a spinal compression fracture among other injuries. This has been a terrible ordeal for her and a long recovery process, including having to take over a year and a half of med...ical leave from college in what would have been her senior year. I have never written an on-line recommendation for anyone previously, but felt compelled to share how very deeply grateful Caroline & I are to have found Brian Breiter to represent her and to have had his outstanding expertise and support to her and to our family the past year. I'll be the first to say I have not had great experiences with lawyers in the past, but Brian is without a doubt the most trustworthy and genuinely caring attorney I have ever met. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at handling all matters required to achieve the best possible outcome. My heart goes out to any person who is suffering from the medical and personal issues that result from any tragic accident like this, when your life changes in an instant. The Best Personal Injury Attorney in Los Angeles

I sustained some injuries in the motorcycle accident couple of years ago, and after initial recovery period started to look for a legal help to get the things justified. Prior to contacting any lawyers I have considered handling the case on my own, but after reading the stories how Insurance companie...s low-ball the regular people - I decided that I need a pro. I have contacted several Los Angeles personal injury lawyers and had few consultations. But after I met Brian, I decided to go with his legal team. My decision were influenced by few factors: 1. His online reputation 2. His resume and profile 3. (should be first) Very accommodating, charismatic and friendly attitude to his clients 4. Straight-forward, simple, and easy to understand explanations Well, I am more than happy with the outcome of my case, and will surely refer my friends to him! Brian is outstanding, professional, resourceful, and at the same time easy-going attorney!

Brian Breiter - the only good thing to come out of a bad experience

I was injured in a car accident a couple of years ago for which I required surgery and therapy. It was a very painful and taxing process, but the one good thing to have come out of it was my experience with Brian Breiter and his exemplary team. I had called a handful of other attorneys, and many ...of them were stand-offish, seemingly greedy (only worried about their bottom line), and quite frankly, snobby. Brian, however, was very down to earth, concerned only with making the situation right for me (or as right as it could be), and making sure the insurance company we fought was held accountable for this completely unavoidable accident. He was also kind and funny, which really helped out my mind at ease during the process. And he was available. He even picked up the phone when I first called and spoke with me at length about my accident. Most law firms had a receptionist take my info, ask some mundane questions about the accident in order to decipher whether I would be "of value" to them, and then many would call me back the next week to tell me they wouldn't be taking the case, or not at all. With Brian, throughout the entire case, calls and emails to him or his staff were answered timely and thoroughly. During this entire process, I had a staunch defender in my corner, which was invaluable. Going up against the insurance company was exhausting and degrading as they try to use anything against you to lower their payout amount, and Brian wouldn't have any of it. He was the best lawyer an injured person could ask for, a true David against Goliath. He wouldn't budge when they tried to low-ball me, and I'm glad he did that. And the cherry on top was the award amount. His hard work exceeded even his own expectations, and now I have been given the best gift anyone could ask for - financial security after a difficult couple years. After a long recovery during which I lost a lot of money and faced crippling medical debt, I am so incredibly grateful to Brian, and his wonderful staff, especially Mark and Rita, for helping me put my mind at ease. I can't sing his praises enough!! A hands-down, two-thumbs-up, enthusiastic endorsement on my end. You will not be disappointed!!

Thank You For Rescuing Me

I am so thankful for Brian as my attorney I had a bad accident a few years ago and was given his name from my daughter. I had to get injections in my neck for the strong pain. Brian helped me for my deposition with the other lawyer. I was very afraid but Brian made sure I was ready. My case settled... for the maximum and all of my medical bills were paid and my car was fixed. I really thought the doctors Brian sent me to were very caring to me. Thank you so much I will never forget your kindness to me and my family.
