Brian Breiter gets an A+

Brian Breiter was my legal counsel and he did an excellent job. He explained EVERYTHING to me, he helped me with patience and he got me a settlement that I am happy with. I have never retained counsel before and was never involved in any type of litigation. When I first talked to him I was unable to... walk and had just had surgery. Three holes were drilled in my kneecap so that my quad tendon could be sewed back on. Ah, such a fond memory of mine. Imagine trying to straighten your leg and it wont move... only to have your quad bunch up like a pomelo on your hip. Brian wisely suggested from the onset keep a journal of my experiences resulting from the injury. He stressed that this is not an overnight event; a marathon not a sprint if you will excuse the cliché. The case was complex with multiple defendants all of whom had different takes on my situation as to who was at fault. He was able to navigate through the different defendants like Han Solo flying the Millennium Falcon through an asteroid field! Anyhow, I can get nervous in stressful situations and Brian helped me keep my cool. He gave me good tips as to how to present myself in deposition and reiterated something that should be obvious "just tell the truth." It is clear that his chief concern is the well-being and the satisfaction of his clients. A former colleague of mine from UC Berkeley referred me to Mr. Breiter and I could tell by the lack of reservations about the recommendation that I would be in good hands. Initially I felt trepidation about the fact that Brian's office is in LA and I live in the SF bay area. I soon realized that Brian was able to provide excellent service even from afar. The travel expenses I paid for Mr. Breiter were reasonable and well worth the cost. His office is staffed by highly qualified individuals who made me feel like I was just down the street. if I was unable to talk to Brian, Mark Rubashkin always was up to date on the status of my case and got information to me on demand. Likewise, Rita Dawley was an integral part of Brian's team and helped me whenever I had questions. Brian's style of communication mixes professionalism with a human side that makes one feel that he knows what he is doing and will get what he requests. This made him easy to work and also imbued within me a sense of much needed confidence that helped my case. There were times during this experience where I felt that our adversaries were well aware that they were going up against a strong force. If he was Han Solo, I guess that made me Chewy. The defense made the right choice and let the Wookie win. In all seriousness, Brian Breiter fought hard for me; for this I owe him my gratitude, my respect and a healthy portion of my settlement.

Highly Recommended

It's not a time in my life that I like to look back at. I was on my way to work on my motorcycle, next thing I knew a car had hit me and I was on the ground. I felt weak, helpless, and scared. I remember being rushed to the emergency room placed under an x ray and then taken to another room, where I ...would learn the injuries I sustained. I was referred to Brian by a friend of the family. And after researching I decided Brian's office would be worth the call. Soon after that Brian invited me to his office to discuss what happened the day of the accident. I was impressed by how well he received me. He listened to me patiently and after I was done he explained everything that could happen with great detail and I knew that I could trust him to take my case. Brian pulled out all the stops for me and I mean all the stops. He was able to find great doctors in my area that were able heal my leg and amazing physical therapy near my home to start walking again. At the same time he was able to track down very accurate witnesses who gave amazing testimonies. There was also the fact that a cop, who wasn’t even present for the accident, had written a completely deceptive report. And having used a testimony Brian had gotten from a witness acquired by the use of an independent investigator Brian was able to turn the case around. He did an amazing job of keeping me informed every step of the way. A few months passed by and I let him know that I was feeling great discomfort in my knee and he immediately got me an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon who was able to fix my knee. He also treated my case with the help of the office of Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin. Steve, equally amazing, attended every meeting with fully prepared notes, documents and information. Steve also accompanied me during the deposition and helped me feel at ease. He stated all the facts of my case with quick and superb detail; giving the air of a truly confident professional. Brian was fierce during the meetings. I remember we went to two mediations and had to leave both times because he was not pleased with the offers they made. I could only imagine how hard he fought for me when I wasn’t there. Then one day I got a call from him with great news that it had finally been resolved. The fact that Brian’s office is in Downtown L.A., the accident happened in the western part Riverside County, I live in the central part of Riverside County, and the defendant was in New York did not deter Brian from going all the way to New York and getting the deposition where he got the defendant to admit his fault in the incident. I only mention that to give you an idea of how dedicated to my case Brian was. I don’t think there is any reality in which anyone could have handled my case as diligently as Brian and Steve did. At the end of it I was able to have all my medical bills paid off and reimbursed, as well as damages and expenses to my property. I was also able to keep a sizable portion to myself. I’m still not happy about the day of the accident and I wish it didn’t happen. I don’t think anyone would. But I’m glad I’m alive and well today. And I am honored that I was able to have been referred to and meet someone as dedicated and amazing as Mr. Brian Breiter.

Stop searching - give him a call!

Brian took amazing care of me after I got broken up in a motorcycle accident! He set a high bar for himself regarding my settlement (higher than any of the other four attorneys I interviewed) and he met it. Choosing personal injury representation is a big decision with long lasting consequences. I ...know a fair number of people in the legal profession and there is no one else I would recommend to friends or family needing this service.

Honest and caring attorney

Brian was a true blessing after my auto accident. He is an honest individual who cares about all his clients and works hard for them. I was not ready to do research on attorneys after the accident. Therefore, I ended asking a friend for a referral because I knew he had been in an accident in the pas...t. This turned out to be a terrible mistake and he is lucky that we are still friends. I ended up signing up with this other attorney without checking his background and ratings online. I later found out through my interactions with him and his staff that they were not interested in my well being. They told me to keep track of all my expenses and document everything. I tried to call several times, but was told that they were unavailable or just about to head out the door. They never returned my phone calls or emails. I came to realize that my first attorney had a poor rating online and others had similar experiences. I wanted to change attorneys after my displeasure but found out that many other attorneys would not take my case because they did not want to deal with the work involved with terminating the agreement with my first attorney and splitting a portion of the fee with my previous attorney. I called Brian's office one afternoon and spoke to Mark. He took my information about my unique circumstance and told me that Brian would give me a call. To my surprise, Brian called me around 6:30 pm the same day. He was watching his son's game and asked me a few questions about my case. I was impressed that he took the time from his watching his son's game to speak to me. I told him that other attorneys were unwilling to help me out. He told me to forward him any documentation I had collected and photos of the accident. The next day Brian called me back and said that he would be willing to take on my case and help me through the process of ending my relationship with my first attorney. His office also helped me schedule appointments with the correct doctors who helped me with recurring problems that resulted from the auto accident. Brian and his team provided me with a sense of relief that I did not get from my first attorney. I was finally able to focus on getting better and moving on with my life. My only regret is that I did not find Brian sooner. He has earned my business for life and I want to thank him and his staff once again for all their hard work in helping me through this difficult period.

A TRUSTWORTHY AND GREAT ATTORNEY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was hit by a car in a pedestrian/traffic accident while I was walking to the gym about 9 months ago. There was damage to my face/head and body as a result of the accident. I didn't know what to do in this situation. My husband found Brian Breiter on Yelp and contacted him because of the many pos...itive reviews he had on his attorney profile. Brian was very helpful and put my mind at ease. He was always available when I needed to contact him. Although my health insurance did not cover the treatments that I required, Brian was able to get me all the medical attention I needed without delay. He got me an orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, plastic surgeon, physical therapist and psychotherapist... and they were all great! Brian also worked very hard to get me the maximum amount allowed on the drivers insurance. After I received the settlement, he continued to represent me and fought to reduce all of my medical bills. I'm still recovering from the accident, but I honestly feel that without Brian's help, things could've been much worse. Although the accident was painful and traumatic, I'm thankful I survived and I'm also thankful that I was able to find Brian and his team to represent me. They took care of everything and let me focus on my recovery. I would enthusiastically recommend Brian Breiter to anyone that has been in an accident and needs an attorney! Brian and his team are the best!
