Great attorney; Highly recommend

I was in a car accident on February 16th where I was the passenger in a head on collision, where the other driver was at fault. I hired another lawyer, but after a week, I just didn't feel this lawyer was working out and I called Brian. He was incredibly nice and made room in his schedule to see me t...hat day. He was incredibly upfront with me about everything and got me in to see a great Orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist immediately. His assistant Mark even called me just to see how I was doing and how my physical therapy was going. Brian settled my case for me exactly 4 months after my accident and got me the maximum settlement amount. Not only that, he called all the medical providers and got them to lower the amount of my bills, thereby giving me a larger chunk of my settlement. Brian and Mark made this ordeal so much less stressful for me and helped me through a difficult period. I very highly recommend them and thank them immensely for their assistance. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Responsive and Diligent!!

I had the privilege of working with Brian Breiter on a recent injury case. He gratefully took over handling my case after another lawyer completely dropped the ball. From the start he, was professional and attentive to my concerns and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Brain clearl...y communicated the process and all legal procedures involved, which kept me involved and at ease about an already tenuous situation. The case was settled during one of the two meditations where he continued to push for proper compensation for my pain and suffering. After the case was settled. He worked through all the medical bills that I had received from the injuries from the car accident and settled with each and everyone of them, which relieved a lot of stress. I am completely impressed by his knowledge, care of clients, and legal skills. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

Gracias Sr. Breiter!!

I was referred to Mr. Breiter by a good friend that I trust. This was a case about a pedestrian/auto accident. Mr. Breiter was quick in contacting me to discuss the issue, he offered advise, answered all of my questions and helped throughout the whole process. Mr. Breiter was always available, alw...ays returned my phone calls, and e-mails. He is supportive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, and the case was settled to my satisfaction. Highly Recommend

What can I say that all the other glowing reviews haven't already said? Brian was great at handling my injury case and dealing with the insurance companies. Mark, his associate is also great and very helpful. I was referred to Brian by a friend that I trusted, but I of course had to do a yelp and go...ogle search. I was impressed by all the 5 star reviews and felt confident about contacting Brian to help me with my case. When I called they wanted me to come in and meet in person, and squeezed me in at the end of the day. I had never had to hire a lawyer before, so I didn't know what to expect. Brian was kind, empathetic, offered advise, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that he would get my case settled. During the depositions Brian was focused, methodical, knowledgeable, and kept his cool while questioning a hostile, agitated defendant. I knew I made the right choice by hiring Brian. I would hire him again without question, and definitely recommend him to others.

Brian Breiter Cares !!!

I'm deeply privileged to have recently survived a severe automobile accident in which i was unfortunately wounded mentally, and physically. I had previously never been in a tragic complex situation where i required a legal professional to guide me through, I felt completely overwhelmed !!!! ... I did some thorough research of my own and came across attorney Brian Breiter. I gave his office a call, and from the first face-to-face meeting he assured me that my personal (physical,mental), legal, and spiritual well being where in good hands. I was instantly sent to the care of high grade doctors in order to accomadate all of my injuries, and diagnosed for any possible further damage.
