Nothing but the truth.

Where to begin? This accident and case changed my life forever. I was in a bad accident with a stake-bed truck driven by a worker for a local business. I knew right away something was wrong with my back. The driver tried to get out of taking responsibility for the accident. That's when I knew I had t...o start looking for an attorney who would fight for me. The accident happened in orange county, but I wanted to make sure I got the best attorney I could, so I searched all over, asked friends for referrals and searched the Internet. Finally I came upon the Law offices of Brian Breiter. I read all of the reviews on Yelp, Google and AVVO. These guys are the real deal. Trial warriors not settlement guys. I looked up Brian's number and gave them a call and guess what, he picked up the phone! I knew right when our conversation began that this was the lawyer for me. When I met with him and his partner Mark Rubashkin I knew I made the right choice. These guys were on my side and we're going to do whatever it took to protect me. It was clear from the beginning that their biggest concern was my health, which was in serious jeopardy. They made sure I saw the best spine surgeons in town and was able to get more than one opinion. Eventually I had to get a serious back surgery. I was scared! But Brian and Mark made sure that everything was going to be OK, and they literally held my hand throughout the process. I lost faith a few times throughout the process because it takes so long and it can be so emotionally and physically difficult, but that's with the defense wants, they want you to give up, but Brian and Mark never let me down. They were always there for me even when I called in the middle of the night or early in the morning, they always took my call and answer my questions. We literally went to war on this case and Brian and Mark had my back the entire way. We were in the trenches!!! We went to three mediations on this case. The defense kept lowballing us, but Brian and Mark kept fighting for every penny, and we got it. The case resolved right before the trial and I was very satisfied! Hiring an attorney can be the most important decision in a person's life when the injuries are this serious and the stakes are this big. Don't just pick a lawyer because of a flashy website or because of the promises they make or because they went to a fancy law school. Choose a lawyer that feels right, someone that you really trust, make sure you are picking a winner not someone who promises the moon and stars, because these types of cases are not easy and they require a real fighter. Thank you Brian and Mark for protecting me and my family. I will never forget you guys and what you've done for us. Your friend Jimmy.

Superb Lawyer

I strongly recommend Brian Breiter to anyone who is looking for a powerful litigation lawyer. I had the pleasure of having Brian represent me in a very difficult animal attack case. He was incredibly capable, unbelievably tenacious and won me the maximum settlement against all odds. I had all bu...t given up and was delighted and surprised at the outcome. Brian was the consummate professional. Watching him in action was amazing. He is a superb strategist and has impeccable judgment on how to pursue the case. Brian will take care of YOU!!!

On 12/13/2013 I experienced my first automobile collision which resulted in my car being a total lost and my passenger breaking their C2 bone, which is located in the neck. However, my case was more complex because I was hit at an intersection by a corvette, going about 60-70 mph, and the corvette wa...s in a high speed police pursuit that was being broadcasted live. As my car spun out of control it eventually crashed into a fire hydrant. As we were exiting the car my passenger and I heard gunshots, we later then find out that the corvette driver was shot multiple times by LAPD and eventually died. The first few days after my accident I was still in shock and didn't really know what to do besides communicate with my insurance company. I then realized that I needed a lawyer because my case was too complex and my passenger was severely injured. Friends and family started reaching out and recommending lawyers but for some reason I didn't pursue their recommendations. I then decided to hop on yelp and searched for car accident lawyers. As I'm scrolling, Brian Breiter's name came up second and then I started reading his reviews and decided to give him a call. From there on out, I met Brian and Mark and THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!!! Since the first day I consulted with them they immediately set me up with an orthopedic specialist and counseling services. They communicated with my insurance company, my passenger's lawyer, the hospital I was sent to, and the other insurance company. They took away all the stress and managed all the paperwork that I was clearly not able to handle at the time. Brian and Mark are really professional and they will take care of you. They always communicated with me and they always responded right away whenever I had questions or wanted to know the status of my case. I am very grateful and very satisfied that I chose Brian and his team as my lawyers.

Brian Brieter 5 Stars!

5 Stars for Brian, I wish I could give more! Brian was a Godsend. I was in a horrible accident in West Hollywood where I nearly died as the driver blew through an intersection destroying my car and sending me in an ambulance injured severely. I had indescribable pain to my back and neck and knee. I c...alled Brian immediately after my accident and he spared no time sending me to the best doctors, neurologists and physical therapist in the area. Anytime I had a question or a concern he was on it, always available and reachable by phone or email. Our case settled and I am VERY happy with the results to say the least. Brian is an relatable, honest and an effective lawyer. I received my compensation light speed after settlement. I could not have picked a better lawyer.

Brain Trauma

Brian has been our attorney for over three years. He is very compassionate and knows injury law! Brian just settled our case out of court and for full dollar amount.
