A recommendation from our personal experience!

Last spring, my daughter Caroline was a passenger in a multiple roll-over car accident on the highway here in CA and suffered a spinal compression fracture among other injuries. This has been a terrible ordeal for her and a long recovery process, including having to take over a year and a half of med...ical leave from college in what would have been her senior year. I have never written an on-line recommendation for anyone previously, but felt compelled to share how very deeply grateful Caroline & I are to have found Brian Breiter to represent her and to have had his outstanding expertise and support to her and to our family the past year. I'll be the first to say I have not had great experiences with lawyers in the past, but Brian is without a doubt the most trustworthy and genuinely caring attorney I have ever met. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at handling all matters required to achieve the best possible outcome. My heart goes out to any person who is suffering from the medical and personal issues that result from any tragic accident like this, when your life changes in an instant. The Best Personal Injury Attorney in Los Angeles

I sustained some injuries in the motorcycle accident couple of years ago, and after initial recovery period started to look for a legal help to get the things justified. Prior to contacting any lawyers I have considered handling the case on my own, but after reading the stories how Insurance companie...s low-ball the regular people - I decided that I need a pro. I have contacted several Los Angeles personal injury lawyers and had few consultations. But after I met Brian, I decided to go with his legal team. My decision were influenced by few factors: 1. His online reputation 2. His resume and profile 3. (should be first) Very accommodating, charismatic and friendly attitude to his clients 4. Thank You For Rescuing Me

I am so thankful for Brian as my attorney I had a bad accident a few years ago and was given his name from my daughter. I had to get injections in my neck for the strong pain. Brian helped me for my deposition with the other lawyer. I was very afraid but Brian made sure I was ready. My case settled... for the maximum and all of my medical bills were paid and my car was fixed. I really thought the doctors Brian sent me to were very caring to me. Thank you so much I will never forget your kindness to me and my family.

Koch Family

My daughter was only 11 years old when her father was involved in a motorcycle accident with a vehicle belonging to the City of Los Angeles. David remained in a coma for over six months and died on my daughter's birthday from Traumatic Brain Injury. The evening of the accident, my brother gave me a ...number of an attorney he had heard about and told me to call immediately. I'm so glad I called that same night. Overwhelmed and numb, I talked with Brian for hours on the phone, still in shock, explaining that had happened to David that morning and the delicate situation involving my daughter. Brian listened attentively and was able to comfort and advise me. This was what he would consistently do for me for the next two years. Brian was always available, considerate, trustworthy, professional, and compassionate. He immediately arranged for conservatorship, medical assistance, and the myriad of legal procedures that would involve a complicated wrongful death case against the City of Los Angeles. Brian was always kind to my daughter as well as sensitive to the impact she would go through from having her father in a coma and ultimately his death.
