Unbelievable.

After someone busted a U-turn in front of me from the second lane while I was on my motorcycle, causing me to crash into the side of his passenger door, I contacted Brian Breiter. I was not disappointed. Quick background: Someone took a lot of photos of the accident scene, showing the car the pers...on was driving was perpendicular in the middle of the suicide lane. It was clear he was in the middle of a U-Turn, which in that particular instance, was an illegal one. In light of this, it would seem obvious he was at fault. The police report said no one was. In fact, it reported minor damage to my motorcycle (which was actually totaled). The other person made some ridiculous claims that I drove into the suicide lane to go around him as he "merged into the suicide lane". Keep in mind his car was literally side ways in middle of the lane. The officer on the scene bought it. Of course he also took no photographs because if he did his report would look ridiculous. I was stressed because I read some google information that if the police report isn't in your favor then you're basically screwed. They won my case, and got the maximum settlement. These guys are unreal. Brian and Mark's main concern was that I was going to be okay. They went above and beyond their duties and I can't ever thank them enough for everything. This isn't about money because I'll be honest, for the work they didn't make much doing this case. Yet, they treated me like I was their number one priority. They spent so much time with me I honestly don't know how they got any other case done. If you're reading this or any review on here and you're having doubts: Please call Brian, just speak with him and tell him your situation. You'll be on here too writing a long review and feeling awestruck. Thank you again, Brian, Mark, your entire team. You've made a friend for life.

Trustworthy and Compassionate

I was in a motorcycle accident (as a passenger) in March of 2016. After the accident, I was so lost on what to do and how to proceed legally as I had never been in that situation before. I found Brian through Avvo and after my initial consultation, I knew he was the lawyer for me. He is extremely kno...wledgeable but more importantly, he truly cares. He eased all my anxieties and answered all my questions. He was there every step of the way in what was one of the most difficult times of my entire life. Brian Breiter was the perfect lawyer

Brian was my lawyer after a motorcycle accident where I was not at fault. I had to have reconstructive surgery and plastic surgery on my dominant hand, and took 3 months off work. Brian was very supportive with regards to getting me a rental car for a whole month, nothing out of pocket even after the... other insurance company said they wouldn't pay for the damage waiver. Brian helped me through the case, taking care of almost everything aside from actually going to physical therapy, the chiropractor, etc. He was able to get my liens reduced substantially and the settlement was the best case scenario. My health is the most important thing to me, and Brian made sure that I got the medical treatment I needed and that I didn't have to pay out of pocket for any of it, which is really the most important thing. I would (and have) recommended him to friends and family, or anyone seeking the best lawyer out there. By the way, when you enter his office, you'll be impressed with the vast amount of awards and recognitions he has on the walls, which include some very high accolades to say the least. Attorney Brian Breiter Was A Godsend

I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Attorney Brian Breiter. My 33 year old son was riding a motorcycle when an older gentleman crossed in front of him and suddenly stopped. On impact, the motorcycle swung to the right smashing his right lower leg and foot. The force of the accident threw my son ove...r the hood of the suv and he landed on his right shoulder which broke on impact. Brian is so well connected and respected in Los Angeles County that he was able to make one phone call to the police department and five minutes later call me and tell me I could go pick up paperwork I needed to help my son. Brian knows what can be done and what can't be done. He is compassionate and will help guide you through your legal needs. This guy rocks :) !!!!

Brian is amazing. Not only as an attorney, but as a person. I won't go into all the details of my accident, but my wife and I had just moved to California about 6 months prior to my accident and were still trying to get settled. Obviously, a horrific accident (motorcycle) does not help make us feel... comfortable with our situation. While I was in the hospital, my wife (we had only been married 7 months at this time) started doing all the paperwork with insurance companies and trying to get any disability benefits from my job or the state, but we hadn't been here long enough be approved, so we were worried how we could stay afloat. My wife called a few different attorneys, and Brian was one of them. Besides our personal beliefs in the amazing work that he has done, it was comforting to know we were making the right choice with Brian back then because when my wife was asked what other attorneys she was considering as she called around and she mentioned Brian Breiter, they all said, "oh yea, he is great. Go with him and he will do right by you." That is proof to Brian's abilities. He is being recommended by the 'competition'! With everything we had on our plate, Brian made it extremely easy. We would just send him/his office paperwork about what was going on with the hospital and he would say, "Don't worry about this side of things, I've got you, you just focus on healing.' I truly just put faith in Brian that he would do everything he could to take care of us, and he went above and beyond expectations. When I was well enough, he had me come into the office so we could meet and chat in person and he is the nicest guy ever! Without too many details, Brian took our situation and concerns into consideration and used his connections and skills to make a terrible situation have some positiveness to it. I would recommend Brian to anyone in need. He is honest, understanding, thoughtful, and fun. Oh, and obviously fantastic at his job :) Thank you Brian and everyone on your team for helping us!
