Best decision we made to hire Brian Breiter!

Brian Breiter is one of the best choices you can make when hiring an attorney. From the first call, Brian makes you feel comfortable (great when he goes up against the other side) and proves time and time again that he is one excellent attorney. We had a devastating life changing injury for one of ...our family members. The liability in our case was difficult but that didn’t stop Brian and his team from pursuing our case all the way to the end. Brian was always two steps ahead which gave us a deep trust in his ability as an attorney. Brian and his team make themselves available and gave such great guidance throughout the entire process. They treated us like family and helped provide a very solid case. Brian is a very respected attorney and is beyond thorough. Other lawyers don’t like to go up against him because they know how hard he works for his clients. We couldn’t have had a such great outcome without Brian standing by our sides. Writing this review cannot even remotely describe what an excellent attorney he is. It’s hard to find this quality of an attorney!

Amazing amazing amazing

This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Brian and his team are the real deal. Anyone looking for an amazing attorney should look no further. If you need help and are lost due to an accident that has caused major out of pocket expenses as well as unwanted pain and suffering, th...en please seek out Brian. Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! On September of 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a semi-truck crashed into me due to careless driving. I was a college student at the time and was halfway through my nursing program when this accident turned my life upside down. This crash left me with a totaled car, with a complete fractured wrist (my dominant hand) which needed two major surgeries, and forced me to withdraw from the nursing program for 6 months pushing back my graduation date. You can imagine how helpless I felt as all of this was unexpected and not in my control. Right after the accident I was super lost and knew I needed help. I was stressed while looking for attorneys because I really just wanted someone who could help me seek justice. Thankfully I met Brian and knew right then and there that he would take care of me. The first time I met Brian I could just tell he was a genuine human being that truly cared. This is where Brian literally saved my life! I kid you not, all the stress and uncertainty of trying to get justice from this whole mess was erased by having Brian as my attorney. It was a grueling 3-year case which we ended up taking to trial. The defense was trying to give us a mediation amount that was barely covering the medical bills. However, Brian was so passionate about my case and he kept on saying this was worth more than what they were offering so he pushed for a trial. I was very nervous taking it to trial but with Brian’s expertise in the courtroom I can say that I had the very best experience. I was guided every step of the way and I had all of my trust in him and his team. Brian and his colleague, Jeff, were so passionate about my case in court that I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help me. We spent a whole week in trial together and I’ve never seen such compassionate and determined individuals speak the way these two spoke for me in front of a jury and a judge. They really care about what they’re doing and who they represent as clients and I can assure you that working with Brian is not a mistake. The jury unanimously sided with us and even gave a verdict way more than what we were asking for. I wish this accident had never happened, but since it had, I’m forever grateful I had Brian by my side. You won’t find anyone who cares more about you and will put in the amount of work they had the way Brian and his team did. I came into this whole thing with Brian being my attorney to Brian being family and a close friend. You won’t find an attorney better than him, 5 stars doesn’t even suffice!

Highly recommended personal injury trial attorney

What are the attributes people look for when they are in dire situations which require a trial lawyer’s assistance? For us it was the following to name a few: - knowledge of the law and medical industry - Trial experience - Commitment to the client’s case - Trustworthiness - Accessibility - ...Intelligence - People skills - Effective communicator Brian Breiter is all of the above and much more..... We started looking for a trial lawyer the day after my accident. On the morning of March 4th 2017, I went for my usual hike on the hills around my neighborhood! On my way back, as I was crossing the street (legally, with having the right of way) I was struck by a car. According to the witnesses, I was thrown several feet up in the air and then the driver ran over my leg like a speed bump! Both the tibia and fibula bones in my leg were broken in many places which required immediate surgery. The bones on my hand were also shattered which subsequently had to be operated on a couple of months later! As I was lying down in the hospital bed with so much pain, all kinds of drugs being pumped in my body, my wife and I realized that we would have to start searching for a lawyer immediately. After an extensive search, we came across Brian’s firm. From our very first conversation, we connected with Brian and felt at ease. He even came to our house to visit me since I was unable to move. During our ordeal, we learned about Brian’s insatiable hunger to do everything in his power to win for his clients while being gracious, generous and kind. We witnessed his masterful display of knowledge and experience during the trial. From how he memorized the names of every potential juror within minutes and connected with them to the way he encapsulated our story, going through the emotions, pain, suffering etc... The closing argument was the most impressive... No stones unturned... Brian is our hero. What else could we ask for..... We also had the opportunity to work with Tim during our and witnesses’ depositions and what a blessing that was. Being a defense lawyer for many years, Tim brings a very unique perspective to the table. His insight was invaluable. So was his calm demeanor. Then we met CJ during our trial and we fell in love..... to a point that we offered to adopt him!!!! Such a fine young man with such impressive skills, so much empathy and desire to do the best for the client. During our trial, he would stay up late every night to work on the presentations for the jury to make sure our case was presented in the best way possible. With all the effort Brian and his team put into our case, we were awarded a considerable amount for which we are enormously grateful. One last point- we don't usually write yelp reviews, but we feel compelled to do so. Brian and his team put their heart and soul into our case. It was a real pleasure to work with such a group of true professionals. Brian Breiter and his team were the best lawyers we could have asked for.

So Grateful for Brian Breiter Team!

Brian Breiter and his team were there for me through one of the toughest times of my life! I was enjoying my new life in Los Angeles after moving from Louisiana when my life changed drastically. In 2016, I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. I sustained significant injuries to my neck, bac...k, and knee. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was sent home with a knee brace, crutches and pain meds. The next morning I woke up in a tremendous amount of pain, I could hardly move or turn over without crying. It was the worst pain I had ever felt! My sister searched for lawyers to take on my case and she came across The Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After meeting with Brian and his team, I was so confident and 100% sure that I had made the right decision to hire his firm. Upon our first meeting I could tell that Brian and his team were very caring and passionate about the cases and their clients. Any questions I had, they were willing to answer in great detail and with honesty. They made sure I received treatment by some of the best doctors and physical therapists in Los Angeles. They took care of any upfront medical bills as well. Everyone at Brian’s office is pleasant and Mark is truly one of the nicest, most genuine and helpful people I have met. He was always there to listen to any worries or concerns I had, even if he wasn't in the office I was able to reach him by cell. Mark and I would speak regularly to discuss any updates, upcoming appointments and the overall status of my case. Unfortunately, a few months after the accident I lost my job. I was very distraught! At the time, I was an emotional wreck. Everything went downhill from there! I couldn’t afford to pay my bills, struggled to make ends meet and was on the verge of losing my apartment. I called the office and spoke to Mark about my circumstance, he sent me an advanced check to help me get back on my feet. I was truly grateful! I have been through so much these past three years, things most people couldn't even imagine. When an accident happens you don't know how much it will affect your life. It's truly a life changing event that can have a major impact for years to come. I for sure didn't expect my life to change as much as it has. I didn't think I would lose my job and be without work, or suffer life changing injuries, emotional distress and depression all at once. I still live with some of the physical pain caused by my accident. When I look back at everything that has happened in the past three years, one thing I can say for sure is that I do not know if I would be as resilient as I am if I had not had an amazing team to help support me through this. Brian and Mark would always encourage me to hang in there when I felt like things were unbearable. As I type this review, I can hear Brian saying “this is not a race, it's a marathon”. It truly was a journey! And Brian and his team fought for me until the very end! Once the case settled they were able to get my medical bills reduced to a great amount. They have worked hard since day one and have helped support me through some of my worst times! I now consider them family and honestly could not have asked for a better team! I am very grateful and appreciative. I HIGHLY recommend hiring The Law Offices of Brian Breiter and Team for your personal injury case.
