Breiter is the BEST!

I'm not going to beat-around-the-bush, Brian is the BEST, so if you want the BEST then go to Brian. I don't know how to make it any clearer than that. He possesses integrity, honesty, a soul and will get you the BEST settlement. I was in a three car auto accident in which I suffered permanent d...amage to my body. Brian and his colleague, Mark, were with me every step of the way holding my hands when I needed it and truly sympathetic to my pain and tears. The injuries from the car accident were excruciatingly painful and dealing with the auto insurance company on top of that was worst because they didn't have my best interest in mind. After realizing that I was going to be completely railroaded by the insurance company, a friend recommended that I call Brian and I'm so incredibly grateful that I did. Brian was honest about everything because my case was difficult and I put all of my trust in Brian and let him do his job and he got me the best settlement. He fought for me and he will fight for you. Call him now.

Absolutely the best there is !!!

I completely agree with other perfect reviews because Brian Breiter is as good as it gets. In fact, I originally chose to seek help from Brian Breiter because I read previous reviews. Best decision I ever made. This guy is the real deal. A drunk driver totaled my car and fled the scene where he... hit two more cars and a house and fled by foot. I had only liability insurance on totaled car so I was without transportation and no health insurance so I was screwed. I felt so alone in trying to navigate the tedious legal process of restoring my life and health. The reason I find it applicable to my review to explain my situation is because my case was so complex (my explanation here is just the tip of the iceberg) and I felt so intimidated and helpless. So I started searching for a strong attorney with integrity. I certainly found that in Brian Breiter. I never could have made it through this process without him. From day one he was honest, reassuring, extremely informative and "held my hand" so-to-speak through the entire process. If you are out there searching for legal help I am 100% confident that Brian Breiter is your best choice. I trusted previous reviews when I was searching and I hope this one arms you with the same knowledge. In closing, I gotta say that I hesitated giving Brian's law firm the best rating possible ONLY because I often question reviews which are saturated with superlatives. I guess they just seem unrealistic just like reviews with the worse possible ratings seem more of a weapon than a real review. But in the case of Brian Breiter I have to give him the best possible ratings because he earned it.

The Lawyer you want on your side

I'll start by saying that Brian's not one of those lawyers you see advertised on bus stops. He always talked with us openly and honestly about our case. And never tried to sugar coat. If you hire him, he'll not only fight for you, but you'll really truly feel like he's on your side. I was in an a...ccident and since my wife showed up on the scene, he took both of us as clients. Brian went above and beyond to fight the good fight for us. He and Mark, his assistant, kept us informed on every step of the way. And always answered our questions despite being super busy. He also went above and beyond getting me appointments to see the best doctors in town at a moments notice. We ended up walking away with a nice chunk of change before even messing with court. He actually told us we had a chance of losing money if we took the case to court because his fees raise. That in itself shows that he cared more about our financial interests than his own. I hope we never see him again, but if we need an attorney we're calling him without a doubt. We found Brian on yelp because of his reviews and trust me you won't find a more caring and compassionate lawyer out there.

Great attorney; Highly recommend

I was in a car accident on February 16th where I was the passenger in a head on collision, where the other driver was at fault. I hired another lawyer, but after a week, I just didn't feel this lawyer was working out and I called Brian. He was incredibly nice and made room in his schedule to see me t...hat day. He was incredibly upfront with me about everything and got me in to see a great Orthopedic surgeon and physical therapist immediately. His assistant Mark even called me just to see how I was doing and how my physical therapy was going. Brian settled my case for me exactly 4 months after my accident and got me the maximum settlement amount. Not only that, he called all the medical providers and got them to lower the amount of my bills, thereby giving me a larger chunk of my settlement. Brian and Mark made this ordeal so much less stressful for me and helped me through a difficult period. I very highly recommend them and thank them immensely for their assistance. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Gracias Sr. Breiter!!

I was referred to Mr. Breiter by a good friend that I trust. This was a case about a pedestrian/auto accident. Mr. Breiter was quick in contacting me to discuss the issue, he offered advise, answered all of my questions and helped throughout the whole process. Mr. Breiter was always available, alw...ays returned my phone calls, and e-mails. He is supportive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, and the case was settled to my satisfaction.
