Highly recommended personal injury trial attorney

What are the attributes people look for when they are in dire situations which require a trial lawyer’s assistance? For us it was the following to name a few: - knowledge of the law and medical industry - Trial experience - Commitment to the client’s case - Trustworthiness - Accessibility - ...Intelligence - People skills - Effective communicator Brian Breiter is all of the above and much more..... We started looking for a trial lawyer the day after my accident. On the morning of March 4th 2017, I went for my usual hike on the hills around my neighborhood! On my way back, as I was crossing the street (legally, with having the right of way) I was struck by a car. According to the witnesses, I was thrown several feet up in the air and then the driver ran over my leg like a speed bump! Both the tibia and fibula bones in my leg were broken in many places which required immediate surgery. The bones on my hand were also shattered which subsequently had to be operated on a couple of months later! As I was lying down in the hospital bed with so much pain, all kinds of drugs being pumped in my body, my wife and I realized that we would have to start searching for a lawyer immediately. After an extensive search, we came across Brian’s firm. From our very first conversation, we connected with Brian and felt at ease. He even came to our house to visit me since I was unable to move. During our ordeal, we learned about Brian’s insatiable hunger to do everything in his power to win for his clients while being gracious, generous and kind. We witnessed his masterful display of knowledge and experience during the trial. From how he memorized the names of every potential juror within minutes and connected with them to the way he encapsulated our story, going through the emotions, pain, suffering etc... The closing argument was the most impressive... No stones unturned... Brian is our hero. What else could we ask for..... We also had the opportunity to work with Tim during our and witnesses’ depositions and what a blessing that was. Being a defense lawyer for many years, Tim brings a very unique perspective to the table. His insight was invaluable. So was his calm demeanor. Then we met CJ during our trial and we fell in love..... to a point that we offered to adopt him!!!! Such a fine young man with such impressive skills, so much empathy and desire to do the best for the client. During our trial, he would stay up late every night to work on the presentations for the jury to make sure our case was presented in the best way possible. With all the effort Brian and his team put into our case, we were awarded a considerable amount for which we are enormously grateful. One last point- we don't usually write yelp reviews, but we feel compelled to do so. Brian and his team put their heart and soul into our case. It was a real pleasure to work with such a group of true professionals. Brian Breiter and his team were the best lawyers we could have asked for.

So Grateful for Brian Breiter Team!

Brian Breiter and his team were there for me through one of the toughest times of my life! I was enjoying my new life in Los Angeles after moving from Louisiana when my life changed drastically. In 2016, I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle. I sustained significant injuries to my neck, bac...k, and knee. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance and was sent home with a knee brace, crutches and pain meds. The next morning I woke up in a tremendous amount of pain, I could hardly move or turn over without crying. It was the worst pain I had ever felt! My sister searched for lawyers to take on my case and she came across The Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After meeting with Brian and his team, I was so confident and 100% sure that I had made the right decision to hire his firm. Upon our first meeting I could tell that Brian and his team were very caring and passionate about the cases and their clients. Any questions I had, they were willing to answer in great detail and with honesty. They made sure I received treatment by some of the best doctors and physical therapists in Los Angeles. They took care of any upfront medical bills as well. Everyone at Brian’s office is pleasant and Mark is truly one of the nicest, most genuine and helpful people I have met. He was always there to listen to any worries or concerns I had, even if he wasn't in the office I was able to reach him by cell. Mark and I would speak regularly to discuss any updates, upcoming appointments and the overall status of my case. Unfortunately, a few months after the accident I lost my job. I was very distraught! At the time, I was an emotional wreck. Everything went downhill from there! I couldn’t afford to pay my bills, struggled to make ends meet and was on the verge of losing my apartment. I called the office and spoke to Mark about my circumstance, he sent me an advanced check to help me get back on my feet. I was truly grateful! I have been through so much these past three years, things most people couldn't even imagine. When an accident happens you don't know how much it will affect your life. It's truly a life changing event that can have a major impact for years to come. I for sure didn't expect my life to change as much as it has. I didn't think I would lose my job and be without work, or suffer life changing injuries, emotional distress and depression all at once. I still live with some of the physical pain caused by my accident. When I look back at everything that has happened in the past three years, one thing I can say for sure is that I do not know if I would be as resilient as I am if I had not had an amazing team to help support me through this. Brian and Mark would always encourage me to hang in there when I felt like things were unbearable. As I type this review, I can hear Brian saying “this is not a race, it's a marathon”. It truly was a journey! And Brian and his team fought for me until the very end! Once the case settled they were able to get my medical bills reduced to a great amount. They have worked hard since day one and have helped support me through some of my worst times! I now consider them family and honestly could not have asked for a better team! I am very grateful and appreciative. I HIGHLY recommend hiring The Law Offices of Brian Breiter and Team for your personal injury case.

Excellent result

Brian is very passionate and precise attorney. I got 7 fractures from the accident and my body was getting worse and worse each day. I have no legal knowledge and he helped me out. My friend found him with 5 stars reviews in various websites and recommended me to contact him at the first. He immediat...ely went to the building where I got injured and got extra evidences by taking several pics which I haven't thought about the importance. I believe this weighed on my side a lot. Thereafter, he geniunely worked very hard for me with Mark. They timely responded my questions all the time and let me have a trust and patience with them. They also well explained the timeline and the range of maximum and minimum I can get from the lawsuit. The case is settled and I got fully satisfied with the result. I highly recommend them to you! Thank you for all of your effort, Mark and Brian. P.S. You guys may have an extra reason to visit his office if you are a big fan of Marvel and Simpson.

Best Office in LA

In July of 2016, while I was in at a personal crossroads and going thru a particularly hard time in my life, I was rear ended by a drunk driver. If you're lucky enough to have never been struck by another vehicle, let me tell you-- it is one of the most terrifying experiences one could have the misfo...rtune of going thru. After regaining my composure the best I could all things considered, I got out of my car and proceeded to watch the driver slowly back out of what used to be my bumper, and drive away. I was left completely in shock and unsure of how to proceed. Law enforcement showed up and assisted to a degree, but it wasn't until the next day that the true help showed up. Not having needed legal representation in the past, I did research online about lawyers in LA and found Brian's office. His was the only call I made, and that the best choice I could have possibly made that day. Brian himself picked up, listened to what happened, gave me advice, was patient and helpful. They took my case, and every day since the accident Brian, Mark Rubashkin, and Jeff Twomey have been lifesavers. I saw very quickly that I could not have navigated this complicated process of insurance companies, getting treatment, and fixing the chaos this accident caused in my life on my own. This accident turned my world upside down in regards to my physical health, and had a devastating affect on my every day existence. They've been there for me in every single way I needed, and have helped me thru this tough past few years. I could not have imagined a team of lawyers doing a better and more thorough job then these guys did. We ended up with a settlement that was beyond anything I would have realistically hoped for or thought possible. Wrongful death case

We were in the search for a good wrongfull death lawyer looked up some reviews and ran into Brian we decided to give him a call to see how he was he was great from the start .He answer all the questions we had and told us we should file a lawsuit case to see where it leads us . We had lost our father... to a drunk driver so we pursued the case Brain did everything he could even though nothing can ease the pain something can help our mother who was a stay home mom and never worked is really hard to to get a job with no history and not knowing English. Brain went out of his way to get the most he can from this bum he hired specialist to track everything he had since the guy was just a drunk who lived off his dads money nothing really in his name just a lowlife . Nothing can bring him back but something helps pay the Bill's he was a great person and understand the tragedy and always had us in mind during the whole case to make things as smooth as possible . Hopefully we dont ever need a injury lawyer again but if we do or anyone does his a great lawyer and person .He doesn't do it for the money but to help you.We really appreciate the work he did for us .
