Thank you.

When I had a bike accident I reached out to my cycling friends for a recommendation and Brian got a great referral. He, and his team, were incredible. They genuinely care for every client no matter how big or small their claim. They guided my through the claim process giving clear, considered adv...ice at every step of the process. I have been impressed throughout the process and have referred him to several friends, all of whom have also had great experiences. A 5 star team.

Thorough, dependable, empathic attorney

Life is nothing if not unpredictable and one beautiful day as I was crossing the street a car pulled into the wrong lane and hit me. Although my injuries were few I suffered a particularly severe fracture of my tibia and fibula, which required an intense surgical procedure called an intermedullary ti...bial nailing, which involved having a rod inserted down the length of my tibia and held in place with a screw in my ankle and 4 screws at the top of my tibia. I was allowed absolutely no weight-bearing for months, and an unknown date for when I’d be walking unassisted again. The fear and vulnerability that came from having my independence and financial security taken away from me is what propelled me to google “best personal injury lawyers.” Mr. Breiter’s name was the first one that came up and I called him after reading multiple positive reviews. From our first point of contact he treated me with empathy, respect, and professionalism. During that initial time of upheaval and constant worry he not only guided me through the legal steps but he also reassured me and made recommendations that made the healing time more bearable. He totally had my back and we were in the process together. In the first 9 months after the accident I went from using a walker, to crutches, and finally to a cane. One of the screws had to be surgically removed because it had started to work its way out of my leg and I could actually see it pushing against my skin from the inside out. At 10 months I could walk without the use of a cane so I was able to start working part time. It was another 3 months until I could get through a whole day without having to elevate and ice my leg and it would be years before the inflammation was gone for good. Due to the length of my healing time, and the fact that the defendant lived in another country, the legal process took longer than either of us expected. Mr. Breiter kept me updated on every step, and reassured me every step, and wouldn’t accept the lowball offers that the Defendant’s insurance company made. His advice, insight, and patience were invaluable and in the end their insurance company saw the light and we settled for a very satisfactory amount. Mr. Breiter is not only an experienced attorney but he is an upstanding human being as well. There was never any pressure to do, or not do, something I didn’t agree with or didn’t fully understand. He explained legal tactics and terminology I wasn’t familiar with, serenely guided me through the mediation process, was always available when I reached out to him, and was such a pleasure to work with. I was one of those people who didn’t believe I would ever hire a personal injury lawyer, partly because I never imagined I would be in a situation that warranted it, but mostly because they don’t have a very good reputation. Mr. Breiter completely changed my mind and I cannot express enough how helpful, thorough, friendly, confident, experienced, and personable he is. I have so much gratitude towards him and his staff for helping me through a difficult time and for providing me with such a pleasant conclusion to this journey.

Great Service and Professionalism!

I recently had a bad motorcycle accident with serious injuries and needed a lawyer to represent my case. After many comparisons and research, I decided to opt for Brian Breiter's Office and have to say it was a very good experience. Due to the accident, I had to take care of other things in my li...fe and Brian made it much easier by handling basically every aspect of my case on his own without needing me for much, which left me free to take care of other adjustments I needed to make after the accident. From the beginning, he was very transparent and communicative regarding the case and how the process was going to be handled, communication with his office was almost instantaneous with every question I had answered promptly as well. I've heard that in many cases these type of process take some time to be resolved, but Brian was able to settle my case in a few months, as well as dropping some of the costs from the hospital I was treated. There were no running around trying to figure things out, I basically gave him all the information he needed and he got to work, after a few months, he messaged me personally that the case was resolved and made time to make sure that he delivered the final paperwork to me personally, which is a professional gesture I appreciated.

The very definition of "HARD WORK."

I was in a bad situation with what I thought was not much of a case, but man I'm glad I gave Brian and his team a call. Not only were they able to reach the maximum settlement, but my hospital and physical therapy bills paid off as well. I am impressed by how hard they work. Brian, Mark, and the team... are professional, caring, and very sharp throughout the whole process. Your case and health are in good hands with these guys.

Brian Breiter saved my mom's life

Brian Breiter saved my mom's life. My 85-year old mom was in a motor vehicle accident with an uninsured motorist. When I got to the scene of the accident, her car was already on the tow truck and she had the police report in her hand. She was shaken up and stressed but said she was fine and just... wanted to go home so she could eat ice cream. I told her we should go to the ER but she said no, she just wanted to go home. Reluctantly I obliged though my gut told me that she should go to the ER as I knew that injuries may not be immediately apparent. Once we got home and while my mom ate ice cream, I went online and Yelped personal injury attorneys. Brian was one of the only personal injury attorneys who had so many 5-star reviews. I read all the reviews and, based on the Yelp reviews, called his office and asked for him. Brian was not available and the person who answered the phone said that their office only deals with catastrophic injuries and gave me the name of another attorney. I called and left a message for this other attorney, then called Brian's office back as I needed guidance regarding taking my mom to the ER even though she said she was fine. Brian answered the phone and I immediately started crying, relieved that he was on the phone. "I know you only deal with catastrophic cases but my 85-year old mom was in a motor vehicle accident, doesn't want to go to the ER, said she was fine and I don't know what to do. Can I at least text you pictures of her car?" I texted pictures of her car to his cell phone while on the phone with him and he replied, "Wow, this was a really bad accident!" He told me to take her to the ER and I did, telling her that Brian Breiter, a personal injury attorney whom I just spoke to on the phone, insisted that we go to the ER. His direction was the impetus that was needed for my mom to be willing to go to the ER. I took her to the ER and they did chest x-rays and a CT scan of the chest. In addition to the injuries she sustained from the accident, the CT of the chest also revealed a lung mass which, upon biopsy, proved to be lung cancer. Brian Breiter saved her life by providing the impetus for her to go to the ER where her lung cancer was detected. Brian and his team walked us through the process of receiving generous compensation for her totaled 1987 Volvo. Brian negotiated with everyone who treated her--the physical therapist, orthopedist, ER and all parties to reduce their fees so that my mom could receive the maximum possible settlement from her insurance company since the other driver was uninsured. My mom absolutely adores him and I am immensely grateful that she listened to him and followed his direction to go to the ER. His love, thoroughness and commitment to her case helped us through this accident and her cancer treatment. She underwent successful lobectomy and chemotherapy and is doing exceptionally well. We are immensely grateful to Brian Breiter and his team for taking our case and saving my mom's life.
