The guy you want in your corner!

In 2017 I was injured in an auto accident after my sedan was totaled by a dump truck that ran a red light. As you might imagine, that was not great for my body and I found myself with multiple herniated discs in my neck. When I realized I was looking at a long expensive recovery and likely needing su...rgery, I reached out to several attorneys, all whom told me that they couldn't help me with my case. I was feeling dismayed, but then, through sheer luck (and some internet research), I found Brian (via Super Lawyers, where he is highly rated) and what a blessing that was. From the first call, Brian and Mark made me feel like my case was being dealt with properly and that we wouldn't be ignored. This part I feel is really important to share: They never once pressured me to settle or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. They were there to support me the entire way. When I would get worried that the case was never going to be resolved, Mark and Brian would be there to reassure me everything would be ok. After a long, slow process Brian got me a settlement I was thrilled with and we avoided going to trial, which I was very much not looking forward to, even though Brian was excited about it. Besides being excellent at lawyering, Brian is a pleasure to converse with and told me that if we went to trial he would smoke me a brisket. Since we didn't go to trial, I had to settle for a slider. I hope you never need a personal injury attorney but if you do, Brian is the one you want. He is a razor sharp, top notch trial lawyer who will not rush to settle when it's not in your best interest. I truly can't recommend him and his team enough. While I hope to never require his services again, I would never call anyone else and neither should you.

The best

Brian Breiter is a terrific attorney. My mother had an injury that left her physically disabled and emotionally scarred. Brian and his wonderful offices were able to get the full settlement amount in the most painless and compassionate way possible. My sister and I were both summoned to the depositio...n to speak about her injuries and the impact that they've had on her life since, who she was as a person and her abilities prior, and the facts of the incident itself as we remember it. Brian was incredibly forthright and patient with me. It put me at ease, so that when I was asked to speak I could be honest and genuine, and was able to take my time and give the best testimony I was capable of. The entire thing was extremely difficult, owing to the stress and pain of seeing my mother be changed by circumstances beyond her control. Having Brian there as her support was absolutely crucial and a huge relief for me and my sister. He is also extremely amiable, honest, and intelligent. I do not believe we would have had the positive outcome--monetarily, but more importantly emotionally--with any other attorney. It was extremely important to me that my mother not be overburdened by the case, as she has had rehabilitation from the injury to worry about, and Brian and his offices have went above and beyond for her. Our whole family is extremely grateful to them.

Call Brian Breiter--you'll be glad you did!

In 2013 we were hit by a drunk driver (almost head on--thank God he swerved at the last minute) on a weekend morning. I knew Brian Breiter had helped several friends of mine so I called him later that day after ambulance trip to the hospital, scans, exams and treatment. He picked up right away, was c...alming, compassionate, and confident as he advised us of what to do--the first being "focus on getting well, and I'll take care of the rest". (Some things I've learned after getting to know Brian: He truly loves to help people, he's incredibly smart, tenacious, funny, generous, and he doesn't get ruffled by all the crud that goes on in the insurance and legal industries. He understands how to navigate it and come out on top). The accident gave me 4 injured discs in my neck and bad daily chronic nerve pain (still ongoing) that affected my ability to drive, sit, sleep, care for myself, or have energy for anything else, as well as a broken foot. I had no idea who to go to for help, advice, or treatment. By Monday, Brian's team had an appointment for me with an orthopedic surgeon and physical therapy, and repair for our car. I was given realistic information up front from Brian that these kinds of cases take time, and because of his many years of successful experience with personal injury cases, he gave me perspective on a likely progression of treatments that might be advised to me or I might want to seek out before surgery (which prepared me for the various neurosurgeon/ortho meetings I had and decisions I had to make). He also knows the best doctors in town. I began my long journey of meeting doctors, tests, MRIs, treatments, more PT, all of which I couldn't afford out of pocket initially until I got better insurance. Brian, Mark and the team negotiated great treatment on liens so I could continue to work on healing, which in itself is very stressful, and thoughts of what the future would bring physically and financially were very scary. They even negotiated with my insurance company for reduced rates. I never had to answer a letter, phone call, or deal with insurance companies or the other person's attorneys; Brian and his team handled it all, which gave us incredible peace of mind. He patiently held firm as the other side continued to low-ball us. Brian knew we had a good case and how to present our case in the best possible way. Brian, Mark, Jeff, and team prepared us for the deposition (Jeff was with us and did an excellent job of advising and protecting us); they sent a nurse with me to support me during the defense doctor's examination to ensure that I would only have to answer the necessary questions. We were prepared and never alone each step of the way. Brian held firm, and the defense attorneys settled for the highest amount without us having to go to trial. I'll be honest; these kinds of life changing events are really stressful, even with help. I can't imagine what it would have been like without Brian and his team. We are really grateful for Brian, Mark, Jeff, Kamesha, Jennifer, Clint, et. al. This is why everyone calls and refers Brian, and you will too.

Best in town!

I phoned up Brian after being involved in a car accident in Santa Monica where I was injured. I got in contact with Brian after seeing his pretty incredible yelp reviews and thought this guy must be able to help. I had found another attorney on Google a few weeks before and they were awful. Brian and... Mark made me feel comfortable right away that someone was actually dealing with my case. The insurance company offered me a terrible valuation for my totaled car, mark and Brian actually got me double the initial offer from the insurance company, and made sure that the most important thing right off the bat was me getting the correct medical attention to get me feeling better. Throughout the whole process these guys were pretty great, I would defiantly recommend Brian and mark to anyone. When there are a lot of guys out there that aren't willing to go the distance, these guys are!

Amazing amazing amazing

This review is LONG overdue but let me start out by saying that Brian and his team are the real deal. Anyone looking for an amazing attorney should look no further. If you need help and are lost due to an accident that has caused major out of pocket expenses as well as unwanted pain and suffering, th...en please seek out Brian. Nobody will care more about your case I promise you! On September of 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a semi-truck crashed into me due to careless driving. I was a college student at the time and was halfway through my nursing program when this accident turned my life upside down. This crash left me with a totaled car, with a complete fractured wrist (my dominant hand) which needed two major surgeries, and forced me to withdraw from the nursing program for 6 months pushing back my graduation date. You can imagine how helpless I felt as all of this was unexpected and not in my control. Right after the accident I was super lost and knew I needed help. I was stressed while looking for attorneys because I really just wanted someone who could help me seek justice. Thankfully I met Brian and knew right then and there that he would take care of me. The first time I met Brian I could just tell he was a genuine human being that truly cared. This is where Brian literally saved my life! I kid you not, all the stress and uncertainty of trying to get justice from this whole mess was erased by having Brian as my attorney. It was a grueling 3-year case which we ended up taking to trial. The defense was trying to give us a mediation amount that was barely covering the medical bills. However, Brian was so passionate about my case and he kept on saying this was worth more than what they were offering so he pushed for a trial. I was very nervous taking it to trial but with Brian’s expertise in the courtroom I can say that I had the very best experience. I was guided every step of the way and I had all of my trust in him and his team. Brian and his colleague, Jeff, were so passionate about my case in court that I cannot thank them enough for what they did to help me. We spent a whole week in trial together and I’ve never seen such compassionate and determined individuals speak the way these two spoke for me in front of a jury and a judge. They really care about what they’re doing and who they represent as clients and I can assure you that working with Brian is not a mistake. The jury unanimously sided with us and even gave a verdict way more than what we were asking for. I wish this accident had never happened, but since it had, I’m forever grateful I had Brian by my side. You won’t find anyone who cares more about you and will put in the amount of work they had the way Brian and his team did. I came into this whole thing with Brian being my attorney to Brian being family and a close friend. You won’t find an attorney better than him, 5 stars doesn’t even suffice!
