Best of the best

A little over 2 years ago I was walking with a friend to the Santa Monica pier when I was struck by a car. My knee was broken pretty badly and I had to get surgery to have it fixed. I got in touch with Brian and he was so exellent to me! Consistently reassuring me and helping me every step of the way... through the process. After the accident I had to move in with my mother in New Jersey to recover but he made sure we were always in contact and even flew to the east coast for my deposition. At mediation he made sure I was 100% prepared and got me every penny I deserved. I would absolutely recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking for the best of the best! THANK YOU BRIAN!

Support with Motorcycle Accident

Last September, a car pulled out in front of me while I rode my motorcylce down Olympic Blvd in downtown Los Angeles. I was injured and rushed to the hospital for treatment. After being released, I felt that the insurance company was trying to take advantage of me, as they only wanted to pay for my... bike and not any injuries or compensation for time off work. Thank you Brian!

3.5 years ago, I got into a terrible accident that broke my eye socket, misaligned my pelvis, messed up my neck, gave me severe muscle tissue trauma, to name a few of the injuries, and left me physically and emotionally scarred. I had never been in a situation like this and was really scared and phys...ically incapable of even beginning to deal with it. I found Brian Breiter on yelp, due to his great reviews, and hey, I’m paying it forward and writing a 5-Star review myself to hopefully help whomever is reading this now decide to go with him. He came to my rescue and I cannot be more grateful. He came to my house for a free consult and was extremely reassuring—great bedside manners. He said he’d do everything he can to help me, and I believed him. My gut told me to go with him, and he turned out to be a man of integrity, and he really delivered on his promises. The next 3.5 years was no easy journey by any means. I couldn’t have even begun to imagine the complicated, intricate, and oftentimes very frustrating process that was dealing with, well, anything legal. I’m pretty type A and want to know everything that’s going on, but there are a lot of puzzle pieces and unknowns, and though there are times when there’s a lot of waiting around or uncertainties due to the process, Brian has always been reassuring, and I trusted him. He told me to just focus on seeing the doctors I needed to see, do everything I needed to do to best heal myself, and that he and Mark (the other lawyer I worked with extensively, who is also extremely hard working) would take care of everything else. And they did. I’m happy to say that today, 3.5 years later, Brian handed me a very-well negotiated settlement check, we high-fived, and will continue to be friends. He and Mark really took care of me, fought hard, and FAR exceeded my expectations for the outcome. Thank you Brian, Mark, and everyone at the office. The Best!

Brian Breiter and his team were outstanding! We met under the worst circumstances one could imagine. In January of this year I lost my only daughter at age 31 to a horrible and tragic car accident in Los Angeles. She was a passenger in the car and died at the scene. She couldn’t speak for herself and... that’s when Brian stepped in to represent her and her rights in a wrongful death claim. At that time of grief, pain and unbearable loss, I don’t think I would’ve managed had It not been for Brian’s professional help and compassion. He was not just an attorney, but also became my grief counselor and a compassionate friend who really cared and carried me through the whole legal process. Professional, Thorough, and a Winner

Approximately 4 and a half years ago, I was subjected to dangerous conditions at a restaurant that resulted in a life changing injury to my face. I was forced to undergo plastic surgery to attempt to alleviate the damages, but I was left with permanent scarring, numbness, and an overwhelming sense of... helplessness. With no experience in a courtroom and without ever filing a lawsuit, I was unaware of any possible options. Fearing I had no recourse, I was luckily referred to Brian Breiter’s office by a friend. That referral changed my life. After a consultation with Brian and his team and a full explanation of all the events and information, they made me feel confident that my injuries would be dealt with accordingly. I immediately knew I was in the right hands. Brian’s office handled all the necessary filings and after a few months I was accompanied by Andrew Aukland from Brian’s team to my deposition. I was informed, confident, and calm due to the professionalism and rapport displayed by Brian and his attorneys throughout the process. The jury delivered a verdict that was more than six times than the insurance carrier’s final offer. I will be forever thankful to Brian Breiter and his team of Jeff Twomey and Andrew Aukland for the compassion they showed me at one of the lowest points in my life. They took a terrible situation and fought to get me the absolute best possible result. When other LA lawyers will fold and take a settlement to avoid trial, Brian will not back down. His constant communication and information is easy to digest and assuaged all trepidations I had throughout the 3 year process. Though the situation that led me to Brian and his team was horrific, the subsequent experience was fantastic due to the personal investment he and his office demonstrated. I unequivocally recommend him and will always be indebted to him for his amazing work.
