Life saver

I was hit by a car last April (2021) while riding my motorcycle to work. Totaled my bike, damaged a lot of an outside restaurant area, and probably totaled the guys car while at it. I also broke 10 bones and have had to change my career due to the permanent injuries. Brian and his team managed to han...dle my case with speed and to the full extend of the law, and got me a maximized settlement. Without that I’d probably be homeless at this point. Brian and his team were caring, incredibly professional, precisely knowledgeable, and had a friendly approach whilst at it. I can not recommend him enough. There is a very good reason for his perfect review status, it’s incredibly well earned and deserved. If in need, do yourself justice by starting here, you most likely won’t need to try anywhere else!

From mustang to Porsche

I made a huge mistake. I was crushed by a semi truck as I was driving home from work. I trusted a friend who referred me to a local attorney, I did no research on him, I just trusted someone I barely knew. That Attorney sent me to a chiropractor. Meanwhile, I had been knocked unconscious and had ...a serious neck injury. As the haze lifted over the days after the crash, I realized that I needed a trial lawyer and not just someone who was going to try to get a quick settlement. I did my research, picked up the phone, and from the first conversation I had with Brian Breiter and Mark Rubashkin, I knew, I needed them to help me. I was so badly injured I couldn’t work for over a year. I had suffered a Trumatic brain injury, and had to get spinal surgery. This was not a small case, it was my entire life, my family. Brian and Mark made sure I saw the best doctors in town, they kept me calm when I was at my lowest, and never gave up, even when I wanted to. It took a few years, but the case resolved, and my life has been changed for the better, forever. I can now provide for my family, my body and mind have recovered, not completely, but to a great degree. I’m sad my case is over, because I’ve become friends with my lawyers, I know that sounds weird to say, but it’s true. I recently came by to visit them months after my case was over and the check had cleared, and we sat down and talked like old friends. These are the lawyers that I would refer my friends to, my family members to, pick up the phone and call them, you will know right away, like I did.

I don't know what I would have done without you!

Back in October of 2019, I got hit by a car while walking across a cross walk in West Hollywood. Someone made a left turn, hitting me in the process. I broke my wrist, fractured my foot and had many road rashes all over. Thus began my long journey to recovery, therapy and physical therapy. I was 24 y...ears old. It only took my family and I 2 days to find Law Offices of Brian Breiter. What was so serendipitous about it was a friend of mine also recommended the same office only after I had discovered it. At the time, we were debating between Breiter's office and another one. I can't stress ENOUGH how grateful I am to God for guiding me to choose Brian. Brian and his colleague, Peter, came to my apartment just a couple days after my accident and warmly explained the process and their expertise. My family and I immediately decided to work with Brian's team because of their knowledge, energy, and down to earth essence. (And I mean, they came to my apt?! Talk about nice guys) From the very beginning everyone has been super kind, responsive, and open. I never once felt like I was dealing with a typical "L.A. lawyer team." I never once felt like they were keeping information from me. They always offered information when they had it. They offered lien assistance, doctor referrals and more whenever I needed it. They actually cared and still do today. On top of all of that, I was able to trust the process because they did an excellent job in preparing me for it. They let me know from the start that this would be a long, hard, tiring, and difficult process. Physically & emotionally. So, I knew better from the beginning, and never felt led astray. After Covid-19 hit, the process dragged out even longer, but the communication was always on point. Now 2+ years later, I can finally say that we had a favorable closure to my case. Let's just say, I broke Brian's record for the largest settlement with no surgery having been done in a case like mine. That's just a materialistic outcome though. No amount of money can correct the trauma's that I have faced due to this accident. I will be 27 this year and I have missed out on so much of my life while in recovery. But, having Brian, Mark, Peter, Tatiana, Jennifer, Kamesha, & the rest of the gang on my side made everything better. They are literally real life Super Heroes. LOOK NO FURTHER

Without the help of the entire Brian Breiter Law Firm, I know that my husband would not have had the fortunate outcome that he encountered. My mother was t-boned by a large truck while turning at an intersection. She was in critical condition and suffered a traumatic brain injury. It was the worst time for our family and we didn't know whether our Mom would survive or be the same. All I knew was that we needed some help. After searching... yelp for attorneys and talking to a few, I came across Brian and instantly I knew we were in good hands. I could barely manage daily tasks during this time and Brian walked me through everything and above all, treated me like a friend in need.
