Excellent Law Firm

Back in April 2022, I was coming from work going home. Not far work, I got sideswiped by a car while riding my motorcycle. I got thrown off my motorcycle and landed underneath a parked SUV and my motorcycle almost landed on me. It all felt unreal. Ironically, the ambulance took me back to work ( I w...ork at a hospital ) and came in as a Trauma. My finger was bleeding and had pain on my right leg. I didn't lose consciousness and I was aware of everything that was happening around me. After calling my family and told them the situation, I took some time to search for a lawyer. Came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. After sending a virtual consultation request, Brian calls me directly to hear out what happened and he explained to me what the next steps would be. He took on my case and I felt more at ease while I was at the hospital. I ended with a finger laceration, metacarpal fracture on my left pinky, right scapula fracture, non-displaced fracture on my right 3rd rib and hematoma on my right thigh. After being discharged from the hospital, Brian informs me that the person who hit me was uninsured. I got worried. I thought I that point Brian wouldn't continue with my case. I was mistaken. Brian and Marc continued with my case knowing the other person was uninsured. They also handled the insurance coming after me (parked SUV). I didn't have to deal with that headache. Since the other person didn't have insurance, Brian and Marc managed to get the maximum coverage from my own insurance. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Shout-out to his teammates Natalie and Tatiana for answering my emails. Lastly, I am very grateful I recovered from my injuries. No physical limitations. Thank you all!!

Very Professional -The BEST of the BEST

Wife of Husband in Accident- How can I ever thank Brian and his team for everything they’ve done? They had the compassion, foresight, and tenacity to fight for my husband, who couldn’t fight for himself. Brian is an exceptional lawyer, with a heart to match the brilliance of his mind. He had the a...bility to help me see beyond this terrible accident. Without him, I don’t know how I would take care of my husband for the rest of his life. We are truly thankful. The one thing that I will always remember, after four years of the law firm working so diligently, was when Brian said, “Take good care of your husband.” They took this case because they really cared about him. Son of Father in Accident- I would like to first and foremost thank Brian for helping my parents in their time of need. He is a genuine person who showed sympathy for what my mother was going through, while trying to care of my father. After working another 20 years at a local telephone company, he was 1 month shy of retiring when he was hit on his motorcycle. The road to recovery for my father has been difficult. The accident caused a TBI. He had to relearn how to walk and talk after the accident. Day to day life continues to be difficult for him both physically and mentally. I don’t know what my parent’s future would look like without Brian’s help. The damages recovered will help my family to take care of all my father’s needs both now and in the future. Life saver

I was hit by a car last April (2021) while riding my motorcycle to work. Totaled my bike, damaged a lot of an outside restaurant area, and probably totaled the guys car while at it. I also broke 10 bones and have had to change my career due to the permanent injuries. Brian and his team managed to han...dle my case with speed and to the full extend of the law, and got me a maximized settlement. Without that I’d probably be homeless at this point. Brian and his team were caring, incredibly professional, precisely knowledgeable, and had a friendly approach whilst at it. I can not recommend him enough. Support with Motorcycle Accident

Last September, a car pulled out in front of me while I rode my motorcylce down Olympic Blvd in downtown Los Angeles. I was injured and rushed to the hospital for treatment. After being released, I felt that the insurance company was trying to take advantage of me, as they only wanted to pay for my... bike and not any injuries or compensation for time off work. Great Service and Professionalism!

I recently had a bad motorcycle accident with serious injuries and needed a lawyer to represent my case. After many comparisons and research, I decided to opt for Brian Breiter's Office and have to say it was a very good experience. Due to the accident, I had to take care of other things in my li...fe and Brian made it much easier by handling basically every aspect of my case on his own without needing me for much, which left me free to take care of other adjustments I needed to make after the accident. From the beginning, he was very transparent and communicative regarding the case and how the process was going to be handled, communication with his office was almost instantaneous with every question I had answered promptly as well. I've heard that in many cases these type of process take some time to be resolved, but Brian was able to settle my case in a few months, as well as dropping some of the costs from the hospital I was treated. There were no running around trying to figure things out, I basically gave him all the information he needed and he got to work, after a few months, he messaged me personally that the case was resolved and made time to make sure that he delivered the final paperwork to me personally, which is a professional gesture I appreciated.
