I can't say enough about Byron. He was like an angel in my corner. I was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. To make it worse, I was traveling through Nevada on what was supposed to be a vacation. I resided two states away. Needless to say, Byron was very straight forward and comforti...ng with me. He appeared for me in court for a pre trial conference and when the court date came, he got the entire case dismissed. We were out of there in less than an hour. He was worth every penny of a very reasonable retainer fee. I highly recommend Byron.

Byron is not your typical lawyer by any means. He is one of a kind. He tells it like it is. I always felt like I was getting the most down to earth explanation of my situation. I was originally charged with Felony child abuse and misdemeanor domestic battery, after meeting with the DA Byron had my ch...arges reduced. The Felony became a misdemeanor simple battery and the domestic battery was totally dropped. I appreciate his honesty with me and most of all his ability to listen to me with all may questions. He always wants you to feel comfortable calling him and asking him anything. He is a man of his word.

This person represented two of my brothers. One on domestic violence and child abuse which was reduced to disturbing the peace. Normally a case that is non negotiable without a trial. It was negotiated anyway. The other was shooting a firearm at a perceived intruder even thought none may have existed.... It was also reduced to disturbing the peace. This guy is far from arrogant, he drives a 2002 ford pickup and its hard to imagine a case that he made worse.
