Let me start by saying thank you to Byron Bergeron for all his hard work and patience for anyone who is reading this review I had the great misfortune of my son getting in trouble out of State we our from CA when my son was arrested for a warrant in Fremont CA for something stupid he did while visiti...ng NV. I had gone on the internet and found Della with Action Bail while in her office in NV signing papers I had asked her about a good Criminal Attorney and she recommended Byron I had consulted with Byron on the phone and mailed him a check to obtain his services. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone, texting and emailing we had a lot of after hours conversations and even weekends not once did he ever not return a call or even bring up the fact that is was after hours. We had to come to Reno a total of 6 times to resolve this matter my son is a good person who look bad on paper not violent, disrespectful or even angry he just had a drug problem and had a over 48 noncompliance charges (failing to complete probation always revoked and reinstated) between Byron, DA and the Judge they came up with a plan to get my son the help he needs with his drug problem and ONE MORE SHOT at probation after treatment. Byron did not once ignore the fact that my son was noncompliant multiple times he simply pleaded his case. I hope I will never need his services again but if anybody asks me if I know a good attorney I will always recommend Byron. Thanks For Everything Greg C.

I hired Mr. Bergeron upon the advise of a bail bondsman in Reno, NV. I had received a call earlier in the day that my 20 year old son was arrested and charged with 3 felony drug charges (marijuana) while travelling through the state of Nevada. With this being my first experience with the legal system..., I did not know what to expect and was scared to death for my son. Mr. Bergeron took quite a bit of time and talked me through the entire process and what I should expect and what he hoped he could do to help my son. In the end, Mr. Bergeron was able to have the charges reduced to one felony and ultimately through the hearing and sentencing process, my son received a 1 -3 year diversion probation program with the felony charge dropped after completion of probation. He also received 90 days in the Washoe County Jail. Needless to say, I was very relieved that my son avoided a felony charge that would haunt him for the rest of his life and avoided any prison time. Hopefully, my family will never need legal services again, but if we did, I would hire Mr. Bergeron immediately.
