Paul Powell says most cases close in 3 months or less. Well, my accident was 7/3/25 and now it’s 6/23/26 and still open. There were no fatalities, just your basic 3 car accident. My daughter was told her share was $8,000. She received a check for $1,500 about a week ago. One of the girls in my vehicl...e was probably the least injured of all, if at all, was told her share would be $17,000. I hurt my hip and have been in constant pain since. I was told my share would be $11,000. My daughter and I had all our medical paid by our insurance. Well, I still don’t have a check. I called the office on Thursday and today is Tuesday and still no word. Communication is very poor and forget about meeting your attorney, in the last year I spoke to my attorney 1 time after insisting to speak to her and learned exactly nothing, still don’t know her name. Would I recommend Paul Powell? Not a snow ball’s chance in hell. His claim that he’ll never take more than you are still yet to be seen.

Me pego un tipo con un jeep de mas de 80000 de valor y solo tenia liability de modo que se fue contra mi aseguranza y yo acabe siendo el pagano de haber sido perjudicado. Y solo me dio un centavo mas de lo que ...me dio. Sigo perjudicado en mi salud y perdi dos trabajos y el tipo no me ayudo con eso tampoco. Si el no tiene nada que ganar no hace nada por TI. Frustrante

I was brought by my Dad here thinking to give them a chance but it didn’t go well to make the story short my Lawyer told me that the 25k check was split in 3 ways so it’s me, the lawyer and the doctor didn’t like that but the Paul Powell law firm went ahead and cut me a check. I will never recommend ...this place to anybody.

Let me start off by saying FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR CASE! ANYONE ELSE! I felt like I’ve had two full time jobs over the last year and a half. My normal job and holding the hand of the Paul Powell Law Firm to process my claim. If you don’t follow up, you won’t hear from the Paul Powell Law Fir...m and once you follow up you will realize all the mistakes they make throughout the entire process. The overall process was a nightmare. Zero communication, no follow up and utter incompetence. In the end due to mistakes made directly by the Paul Powell Law Firm, I received even less than I should have. After giving them opportunity after opportunity to rectify the situation I’ve given up and felt it was best to share my experience with others
