Powell and team are professional, delegent with my care

I am a current client. I tried working with the other insurance company and they basically told me to pound sand and hire an attorney. Powell Law Firm was reccommended by a friend, so I called them. They were on my case the first day making sure I had the proper health care, vehicle, etc. If I leave ...a message, they diligently call me back. They communicate with me constantly through emails and phone. I don't understand the issues others have because I have not experienced that at all. They didn't have to take care of the personal property, however they did. I feel confident I made the right choice and they have taken very good care of me. I highly recommend calling them to be sure your rights are protected.

Not Happy

paper pushers yes they got me money , but i never had the feeling of having a personal lawyer . would not use again. doctors were paid good . the law firm got about 3000 dollars less the me ! and i was hurt !

Works on Volume not for client

I was pushed into a insufficient settlement in 2022. I still have Two (2) surgeries to go. I am still suffering greatly daily and it's 2024. My case was not settled by the attorney I signed on for. They when they should go to court. Bad choice if you have spinal and head injuries.

Horrible Experience

Let me start off by saying FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR CASE! ANYONE ELSE! I felt like I’ve had two full time jobs over the last year and a half. My normal job and holding the hand of the Paul Powell Law Firm to process my claim. If you don’t follow up, you won’t hear from the Paul Powell Law Fir...m and once you follow up you will realize all the mistakes they make throughout the entire process. The overall process was a nightmare. Zero communication, no follow up and utter incompetence. In the end due to mistakes made directly by the Paul Powell Law Firm, I received even less than I should have. After giving them opportunity after opportunity to rectify the situation I’ve given up and felt it was best to share my experience with others

We lose all around

Our accident happened 2 yrs ago and are just now getting the check. However, we are coming out on the short end. The attorney IS receiving more money then his client, so the promise of not taking more is BULL!!! We lost the truck when it was T-boned by another vehicle, we had medical injuries and l...oss of work. Our own car insurance reimbursed a partial for the truck and while the settlement did cover the medical we don't feel that for the settlement $$ we should receive so little and the attorney receive more. I won't hire again. Very disappointed in how long everything took and even more disappointed that the attorney made the most on the deal.
